We stopped in looking for a quick/non chain restaurant and I'm so glad we did! This was our favorite meal of our vacation. We were greeted by a super nice worker who explained the menu. We ordered chicken pho, chicken fried rice, and a small fried rice and everything was delicious. The pho broth was rich and hearty. My toddler loved his rice which is always a plus. Our first visit here was back in 2022 and it waa AWESOME. WE have returned here on every trip to PCB. Unfortunately we will no longer be returning after this visit. The price went up, which is honestly kind of expected, but the quality went WAY down. In my 2022 review, I noted their boba was AMAZING. That's no longer the case. On this visit, the bobas were a big blob of sticky mess with no flavor. The bobas were overcooked and too old. Next. The drinks. They used to be excellent. No longer. The flavor were mediocre at best. Even worse, one of the drinks we ordered (Paris by Night) were grainy. So as you drink, there is grainy stuff in your mouth. It was gross and so she didn't end up finishing it. We can only speculate with their name change to Pho da Boba, they no longer has the quality control required by Paris Banh Mi and it showed. Time to find a new boba place to go to when we are in PCB! read more

They were out of fried rice so I went with the chicken teriyaki bowl & rice. It took about 15min, & for $15 I would have expected more food. The chicken was good, tender & hot & flavorful. The rice was just white rice. The veggies didn't taste cooked all the way, they were not tender. Overall the chicken was ok, but for the price point it was not a lot of food. This time was a disappointing experience. I told the cashier I wanted the bread to be extra crunchy and I reminded her about 3 times during the ordering process. She reassured me that it's going to be extra crunchy especially since the bread is just made when the shop opened. Big disappointment, she didn't relay the message to the kitchen and I got a cold sandwich. So bummed I didn't enjoy the late jambon sandwich this time. Okay I am updating my review now. Also note that my last review was written in a rush because they did have a promotion going on. They almost didn't give me a free drink because I gave them a four star review . So the Banh Mi at the place is really good. It's a little expensive compared to other banh mi places at other cities. However, this may be one of the only places around that sells banh mi in PCB, so I can understand the price. I ordered the pate xa xiu banh mi the first day. It was good but the ratio of meat and veggies were off. They gave so much veggies compared to meat. I wished they gave more meat (this is really my only complaint). I was also surprised that they made their own baguette! I was very impressed because the baguette made the banh mi extra delicious! However the next day, I order the same banh mi and also the grilled pork croissant. They actually have more meat in the banh mi this time so I was very happy. I hope they continue to do so. The grilled pork and croissant is a very good mix. I would recommend the croissant if you order the grill pork. Their mango slush is a great refresher and Thai tea is not super sweet, so I liked it. However, I thought their passion fruit slush was a little too sweet! These banh mi make great snacks on the beach btw! I would definitely come back next time I visit. read more

Reminds me a little of home (originally from Atlanta) there's a place called sweet hut in Atlanta and we finally have something close here in pcb! Staff: Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Environment: it's a very clean place, the staff are constantly cleaning the tables and making sure things are tidy. Food and Drinks: AMAZING! I love banh mi and this place makes it better than any place I've had in the panhandle, hands down! I usually get the pork banh mi with extra Mayo* it's the best! Drinks are really good as well, with it being summer I like refreshing drinks so I got the dragonfruit black tea and it's soooooo good! The taro is also really good! We ordered and everything, including pho, they were out of. We should have left, but we were starving and decided to just try their ramen, shredded chicken bahn mi, and firecracker shrimp. Don't know where these reviews come from. It was a bad experience. First off, we went in there and ordered a "special" banh mi and teriyaki chicken with extra veggies instead of rice and an order of Vietnamese eggrolls. Then we waited. And waited. There was only one other table there and they already had their food before we walked in. They were ONLY cooking for us. It took nearly 30 minutes! I don't know how they will survive during summer if they get 10 tables. The Banh Mi was ok. The bread was not really fresh. The Teriyaki chicken was trash. Not really seasoned. Not velveted (look it up Paris). Terrible veggies with zero seasoning. Not sautéd, no seasoning nothing - pretty close to raw. The Vietnamese eggrolls never came - failed to place them on the order. We stopped by at 10am for a quick bite. It was great to see the clean and inviting atmosphere. We were promptly greeted and employee was very nice the entire time. Prices are reasonable. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 4 drinks, and picked up some pastries. The creme brulet cake was too sweet for my daughter and the banh mi bread was a bit harder than what I am used to. This is probably the best food at Pier Park. It's not the best Báhn Mì I've had in my life, but it's good, and in this desolate tourist wasteland it goes pretty okay. The employees seem like they wanna die real bad, which I understand as working at Pier Park probably exposes you to the worst and most entitled customers there are. It seems like they're out of a lot of stuff as well, but that's to be expected as this is peak season. It's pretty loud visually and audibly in the restaurant, which doesn't really make sense to me.
