She repeatedly said, "I told you not this color," which came across as rude and unprofessional. If a color is not suitable or recommended, it should not be offered for clients to choose in the first place. The application itself was poorly done, and the quality was not up to standard. The color began chipping in less than 24 hours, even after returning to have it corrected. The same issue continued after the redo. Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and results. Customer service needs to be improved significantly, and staff should be mindful that professionalism and respect toward clients is essential in this business.

We arrived and as soon as we sat down they asked us if we would like some water or anything. They were very polite and helpful! I wanted highlights but I also wanted to dye my base color a different shade of brown. Anais was so helpful in letting me know what she was doing and tried to follow the picture I had taken to show her what I wanted. It was a long process but she never complained or tried to take short cuts but actually treated my hair better than I treat it. I decided to try again and called a few days ago and was given the same news; no appointments, no new clients :( My suggestion is to keep trying, GLOW is totally worth it! Then the next morning I received a message that there was a cancellation 3 weeks out as well as one at the end of that week. What?! I jumped at the chance and was super grateful they called me back! Yay! Patience is a virtue. I received a text with the appointment confirmation and directions to find the location. Of course, I still missed the location, but I managed to get there right on time. Phew! Glow Advanced Skin and Body Care is located on Hancock in Murrieta, which is a big street. It's behind a pet clinic, in a 3-story building. You walk into the lobby, up the elevator to the 2nd floor and exit to the right. When you walk in it immediately has a peaceful vibe. GLOW is by appointment only so it's nice and quiet. I was asked to fill out an intake form and then Lauren came out to greet me. I was taken to the facial room and took a seat to chat with Lauren. She asked questions to get to know me, what my expectations are and what she could offer. She's holistic by nature and that's what spoke to me the most. I was then asked to change into a towel wrap, showed where to put my stuff and then asked to get onto the facial bed. The initial appointment took about 2 hours from walking in the door to getting back into my car. I appreciated that Lauren took her time. I also liked that she wasn't too chatty during the facial itself. Whenever I'd ask her a question she'd answer and add some good tips. Ultimately, I really wanted to relax to enjoy the experience. I ended up purchasing some Sanitas Skincare items she recommended. Then we made my appointment for 6 weeks out. I'm trusting with Lauren's help and following her lead with the products I'll now use on my face I'll have the results I've been hoping for! I'm all in and excited to try Lauren's method. She was so nice and I can tell she's an expert in her field. She wasn't pushy at all, which was refreshing and I could tell she was honestly trying to help me. She's been through her own skincare journey so I trust her experience. I also love that each facial is personalized to each client. I will gladly return. After the facial my skin felt amazing! It was GLOWing and moisturized! I'm committed to coming every 6 weeks and I'm sure my skin will thank me for it! I'm looking forward to see where my skin journey takes me with Lauren's guidance :)
