Another thing she will not respect your appt time you will still wait a long time before you are seen I noticed she prioritizes her long time returning customers over her newbies. My haircut was not great I'm waiting for it to grow so I can get it fix and hair color was just ok but what can I say you get what you pay for...for these reasons I'm not coming back

She doesn't use the hot air dryer which I think is WONDERFUL. I couldn't stand being under those dryers for so long. She takes her time to foil and blend your hair so there's no need for the hot air dryer. I'm Asian so my natural hair color is black and it's very hard to lift. I've gone to several hair salons for quotes (some were outrageous quotes like $300 and up...No, thank you!) and they all tell me that my hair won't lift the first time and I'll have to keep coming back for multiple sessions which was going to be a new charge every time I went back. Well Everyone... Flor did it!!! And her prices are very reasonable for the wonderful service that she provides. She actually cares about her clients and wants to make them happy. Completely satisfied and so elated with my hair, I feel like a new woman. I finally realized I needed a local stylist, the drive was getting exhausting. I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for but some quotes were even higher than my OC stylist and didn't even include the hair. Finally I found the amazing Melina, less than 20 minute drive from Menifee/Murrieta area and with extremely reasonable rates. Loved her cute home salon, in which she had everything needed for a functional salon space. She was knowledgeable, had a great technique just did an overall amazing job. I did a combination of tape ins and I-tips. Not only did she finish my hair in 3 hours, enough time to get my kids, she squeezed in a quick cut to even it all out. My husband agrees it's the best style I've had in a long time. She matched my hair color perfectly with extensions she had on hand (as I had only brought enough for length not volume). I had a 8 am appointment for me and my daughters to get our hair done for a sweet 16. I asked for 2 people to work on us. One 1 person was there at 8 am and the other showed up at 8:30am. One of the ladies started my daughters hair, then sent her to the other stylist chair so she could start a boys haircut. I wanted to be done in 3 hrs or less. But instead of 2 styles working on our hair we get one. While one daughter is getting done the other lady has done 3 guys hair cut. Again not my problem, I had an appointment!
