I originally took them to Macy's, where I purchased them, thinking I would have to send them out for repair. The gentleman at Macy's actually suggested I try Fast-Fix first because he thought they would be able to fix them for much less. I'm so glad he recommended them! Danny originally quoted me about 30 minutes, but he had my earrings fixed and ready in only about 15 minutes. Talk about quick service! Not only did he fix the loose clasp, but when I picked them up, they were beautifully polished and cleaned. After six years they had definitely gotten pretty dingy, and they looked SO much better when I got them back. It's a small little shop inside MainPlace Mall, but don't overlook them!
