Terrible quality and overpriced. I purchased a few pieces thinking I was getting a good deal and negative . They over charge for low quality jewelry that isn't even the full karat of what they say it is . For example their 10k gold is more like 7 k gold and vice versa for every other karats . I had the pieces for no less than a month and the clasp break on three out of 4 pieces I purchased . They charge you more than the POS jewelry is worth . For example I sold two pieces of jewelry where the clasp broke to a private asset dealer in which I only got $435 for both pieces that I easily paid $2600 for. It was then that I was informed that the quality of the jury was extremely low so take this as your warning do not spend any money here you're better off just buying high-quality fake jewelry. At least you can save yourself some money and besides, nobody really would be even be able to tell the difference. read more

The store is beautiful and everyone has treated me so lovely and special to me for my birthday.

I'm not one to usually go into jewelry shops, but I did so all because of a simple encounter with the store manager, Joanne. I was actually at the Capital One cafe waiting for a hot chocolate on a Friday night, and my husband saw Joanne and made small talk over waiting for the hot chocolate. Eventually, she told us that she's the store manager of the new Kevin Jewelers store around the corner and encouraged us to stop by. We got our drink, and for some reason I just felt like stopping by. The employees greeted us warmly, and we told them we just met Joanne and decided to stop by. I noticed they are having a generous sale for up to 75% off select items for their grand opening! The store is about a week old and in the middle of the holidays, it's certainly hard to get folks to visit. Joanne arrived shortly after we did and they gave me a very sweet gift for coming in! They even gave my toddler son a little balloon figure which was super sweet! At the moment I'm not actively looking for jewelry gifts, but if I was I would certainly come back here! The Disney Enchanted line definitely caught my eye, as I'm sure it would capture the eyes of many others! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. They do not disclose any important information about your purchase. They will do anything to get you to buy their crappy jewelry. And the most amazing part is the manager, Joanne is completely useless. She told us that herself. She can't do anything for you if you need help. She will only tell you lies to up her numbers and not care about your purchase once you leave the store. All sales are final and it will take at least 3 weeks for adjustments. Which is critical information to provide to someone who is buying something that needs to be fixed from out of town. read more

She was knowledgeable and gave us a great deal especially because she knew we were shopping around. It was hard to turn down and my fiancé really loved his ring. I've been looking for a bangle bracelet for years. I usually walk through any jewelry store knowing what I like and leaving not seeing anything I want. I asked your sales lady who was very nice to see a lovely bangle bracelet. Imagine my disappointment when I was told I can only see the bracelet through the glass because I don't possess a California identification. I'm home visiting family from Maryland. I have a Maryland identification. I'm now being refused service for the first time in my life! How are you supposed to see if said bracelet fits your wrist?!?? I've set aside money for said bracelet and was ready to pull out my credit card for something I liked and wanted. My advice: 1. Change your policy. It's called tourism. 2. Hire security. 3. Get a high quality door lock. Refusing service to tourists doesn't seem like the best business plan. Last I checked, jewelry sales aren't exactly high. read more
