I should have known lol. Walked in on a Saturday morning in June and nobody there after an hour and a half of opening time. Which I thought awesome no waiting, place is very outdated, little messy, but if my service was great I would have went back. I paid for $46 tropical pedicure. Which was supposed to include paraffin wax, I didn't get that. Massage was good though and dead skin on bottom of foot is gone. But my nail polish which isn't gel, because unless it's in the price I'm not paying extra for it, already chipping because it' was applied to thick. I paid for a design which he couldn't do so he applied flower stickers to improvise, which is fine. If they stayed!!! After maybe 32 hours they are already lifting off. I'm going to have to go somewhere to get this polish off and repolished. Save your money and find another spot. However maybe it was just my guy, the girl next to me came back after getting her nails done and she didn't seem to bummed about them. I also had to ask for a polish clean up, I also asked before my service if they had the paraffin and he told me yes. So who knows. read more

Called and ask how much for gel x for me and my niece they said 45$ Mine came out to 65 $ for basic French tip And my niece 45 $ for just pink nails with polka dots which is fine but She overcharged me never paid that much for basic. French tip I usually pay 45$ , because she had to re do my pinky nail twice first she put wrong size on and then when she re did it it was pointing straight up in the air not straight at all so I asked her to re do it and I'm assuming that's why I got charged so extra but it was at her fault it was like that not mine, so I did not tip . Wouldn't come back I've gotten better nails for cheaper my other place I go decided to give this place a try but wouldn't come back come back. read more

The lady in the first nail desk to the left was rude because I had to come back because my nail chipped a few days free getting them done. The old lady doesn't know how to do nails they just rush and leave your nails too thick and choppy also she cut my toe going in to much on my skin. Do not recommend going there. Her name might be jasmine that's what my receipt showed. She does AMAZING perfected work. Takes her time & is very sweet always understands exactly what I want. I've been going here for a couple of years already just out of loyalty even though the previous owners some times wouldn't meet my expectations. I've gone about 3 times since it has been the new owners & each time has been an amazing experience! I'll continue to keep going here & recommending everyone to this place! I also always bring my 3 year old daughter with me & all the ladies are so sweet they give her snacks & juices also make her feel extremely comfortable & they're very patient with her! 10 out of 10 recommended! The pedicure I chose with gel of course is the Tropical package. Everyone should give it a try at least once I promise you'll be addicted! My feet are extremely soft for WEEKS! They put steam on your legs/feet & then they pour candle wax mixed with lotion & oils omggggg it's unbelievable! I was there today for a pedi, I asked for price on a gel pedicure. I was quoted $51.00 including perafin, the younger girl who did my pedi hurt my toe pretty bad with the drill, she thought it was funny. I figured she was new, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Once I was at the front ready to pay she rang me up the screen said 51.00 when she saw that I was going to pay with my debit card she changed the price to $66.00 stating additional charge! I told her she was overcharging me, she said that was the price for gel pedicure!! Mind you I was given a different price when I walked in. This is not okay they are clearly ripping people off!! I came at 10am when they opened to get a full set and a spa pedicure. There was a lady in here working with a man on a spa pedicure and she had to call to get someone to come in. Mind you this place is practically always empty. The guy shows up about 10 minutes later. Older guy. I show him what I wanted and he proceeds to start adding the nail tips to my fingers. But they are crooked and I mention it. He fixes one and starts on the other hand where two of them are crooked again. He gets mad that I say some thing again and decides he doesn't want to do my nails anymore. Never have I ever had this happen to me. I will never go back to this place. The best thing they have is the spa pedicure but clipping off the nails and no removing it all the way because you're mad you had to come in and work is crazy. This army veteran will just have to find another shop to go to from now on. read more

I am shocked by all the negative reviews- this place was really good! Kent gave me the best manicure and polish ever. He was detailed, polite and attentive. I let him choose a nude color & I am in love with the beautiful nude he chose! Its called Paloma. He cut and shaped my nails just how I wanted. The prices are great too. I will definitely be back and try other services- I saw gel polishes and dip powders. It seems they also offer hair services. read more

Worst fill of my life literally lol The guy didnt shape or take any time on my nails and had such a bad attitude from the beginning. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt until he started painting my nails! I asked for gel and noticed 4 coats in it was super streaky and asked him to change the gel for another color since that one was obviously old and streaky and he blamed me!!! Literally the worst service ever I got up to walk out since I was being yelled at over THEIR shitty gel and he starts cussing me out over paying!
