Really bad experience, me & my Fiancé went to get a pedicure & my lady did an amazing job in doing the design & the foot massage but..... i have some couple of the things i really DISLIKED. 1st. My fiancés water tub had a dead/alive cockroach. Really disgusting & she did not change the water she still made him put his feet in that water until i told her to change it. 2nd my lady burned 3x with the hot lotion they have to give you the massage. 3rd she burned me with the hot towel & my seat massager didn't work. 4th they charged me a whole different price hahaha but oh well i didn't leave then a tip because i was very upset but rather than that Im impressed that my lady did a great job on my nail polish & design but rather than that bad service. read more

i went to get a gel pedi on 4/11/19 around 5pm and the minute she started doing my big toe she kept digging and digging and it bled and same for the other big toe both of my big toes were swollen because she kept digging and i was fine before going in and walked out with swollen toes not only that she didnt take out a fresh pack of tools in the next few days my big toes were infected i was unable to walk right after she used the tools on me all she did is sprayed alcohol on them read more

They know me by name now and I never have to criticize them on how to do their jobs because they always get my nails the shape and length I want. I'm always picky about this sort of thing. I have been coming here for a while now and every time I went in I made an appointment to get my full set done with Mary she is absolutely amazing! She did the nail shape and length exactly how I wanted I was always satisfied with her The last time I went in with her was a couple days before New Years , my friend had called in to make an appointment with her and they let her know it was her day off so she went in a couple days later and she was informed that Mary had left the salon for a while already but yet she had called couple days before and they told her it was her day off? Like why lie? If she's gone let it be known instead of lying and saying it's her day off. I really wish I knew where she went too bad they claim they don't know where she went now that Mary is gone I don't think I will be going back, I have not had anybody there do my nails other than her and from what I have seen nobody else in there knows how to do a good job on acrylics read more

I've been coming to Paris Nails for years! I've never been disappointed! My pedicures and gel manicures come out perfect, every time. All the staff are really sweet, and know me by name. It's always clean too, which is a major plus, especially in nail salons! My suggestion if you want to come when it's quiet, make an appt. for Saturday mornings or anytime during the weekday. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life, ever! I went in with a bridal party, I was the first girl done, paid my manicurist for my services, sat in a chair waiting for the other girls, when everyone was done, we all walked out together, no problem. We walked next door to get lunch and we're followed into the restaurant where my manicurist accused me of not paying for my services. I informed her I had, that I had just thrown my receipt but showed her my bank statement from my mobile app. The manicure then got in my face and kept telling me I did not pay and that I need to pay her the right amount. I told her to check her credit receipts and she walked out. We got our food, went to walk out of the restaurant and another women from the salon came our to request I go back to the store to "give her my credit card numbers". I walked away, telling her I had paid and the second manicurist proceeded to yell at my pregnant cousin before she ended up just walking away. I have never been so disrespected or treated so badly ever in my life. Do not come here!!! read more

"Wow your nails are pretty where did you get them done?" and i would say paris nail. i had asked the owner a very nice lady always with a smile, if she could give me a couple of her buisness cards because ive gotten people ask me about my nail. there issnt a lot of people who trust nail places because sometimes they wont do such a great job. but this place is good i get charged about 24 bucks for mani. and pedi. with design and maybe some airbrush too.ive been going to paris nails since uumm....aug '09 i always get a refil or just change color i like having my nail done PARIS NAILS IS THE PLACE! read more
