Called after work today to see if they can take me in if I got there within the next 5 minutes and they were able to get me in right away with no wait. I had a broken nail from my gel x that had taken half of my real nail and wanted to get the rest removed. She was very careful with my finger that was hurt and did a really good job with removal and it felt really quick. Ended my gel manicure with a hand massage that's my favorite part. Then since I still had time got a gel pedicure done and she got my ingrowns out so carefully (usually I'm in so much pain). Felt like even though other people were walking in they didn't rush my services. It's cute little spot and felt very clean and professional. Prices are better than a lot of other places I've been to. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back. read more

I gave nail lane a visit yesterday because they're l oak and I remembered the salon being clean and usually have done a decent job- I'm in pain. She cut me and said it was an "ingrown" that's my skin peeled back. So so painful. I will not be revisiting- warning all of you too this place can't be trusted. The service is mediocre, service takes long and then you will leave with a sore or even worse possibly an infection. Forget it. I might be going to urgent care I do not recommend the work being done here read more

These are my nails. Debbie does them and I get the dip power #38. These are diff then acrylics. And not nearly as damaging, in my opinion. Debbie does a great job for me with dip powder. Thx Debbie they look great as always. read more

The owner of this business was really rude. I heard her yelling at a customer, arguing with someone saying she can take out the cameras to proof her wrong. At the same time someone else was upset Because her nails were messed up by the person doing them. The lady just painted over the mistake and when the girl asked the lady to please remove nail polish for the pinky and the lady started complaining and the manager then stepped in and started telling the girl that she messed them up and it was not her worker. I was happy about my nails but I would never come back based on my experience on how they treat people. Please don't go to this place. 4 mins away theres a great nail salon on Lincoln and Belinda. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to after my toe got infected from a pedicure here. I believe her name was Hanna and she was very rough, my pedicure was not relaxing at all. She started digging at my toe and stabbed my toe, it hurt so bad I jerked my foot away from her. I told her it hurt and she didn't even try to clean it for me when she could clearly see I was bleeding. She also cut me where your cuticle and skin meet. Usually I look to make sure they are using new/ clean tools but I forgot this time so I don't really know if the tools she used were clean but my toe is infected and hurts so bad. Other than that Vivian did my manicure and she did fine. But their prices here are higher than most so unless you have to have to go here I would check out another salon. I've been coming to Nail Lane for 3 years now. I was recommended by a client of mine and It has been my spot since. They are open Monday which is great for me because it's my day off. They are extremely accommodating, friendly, and the salon is clean and has a fresh feeling. I see anyone for pedicures, I've never had a bad experience with any of the pedicure techs. I am a acrylics girl, I love going rom short to long. Mimi and Tommy are amazing! Mimi is patient with me and always makes sure I'm happy with everything before she moves on to the next step. I had to give it a star to leave a review. This place is awful. I do not recommend it go somewhere else. I don't think the nail tech used clean instruments on my feet she dug into my toe, and now my toe is burning. Today is Sunday I had my toes done last Thursday. The customer service skills are lacking, maybe it's because I'm not a regular. I would've been an hour. I can feel my heartbeat in my toe and that's not good situation. read more

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone- I got a basic pedicure & was in pain the whole time from home girl literally removing my nail & "trimming" my cuticles. i was burned from the hot towel at the end, was bleeding & felt like i was intruding from how rude the people there were. I don't recommend getting your lashes done here... the owner Debbie at the entrance does lashes and she uses a dark glues on in a thicker clunk, see photo! I went home to only pull the lashes off because every time I blinked it felt like an eyelash was stabbed my eye! Horrible and irritating don't get them done here $30 down the drain :( read more

I came in today to get a manicure and a pedicure. They had OPI's colored gel for nails, which is colored gel that they paint on your nails, that gets cured, and then topped with a clear gel topcoat. They last twice as long as regular nail polish. Anyways, I got the colored gel done for my nails. For my toes, I got regular polish. The ladies that did my nails (tracy and ?) were extremely nice and took her time. They were also gentle and sweet. What I did not appreciate was that they promised me that the gel color would be red (what I asked for), but instead they turned out a coral/orange color. I was extremely disappointed. She kept insisting it was beautiful, yes, but it was not the color I asked for. They even lotioned my whole arm. I thought the price was a little high. The total for my colored gel and pedicure was $45. Its normal for a place somewhere else, but this place was a hole in the wall. Its not the most prettiest salon. Also, the owner, I can tell is a bitch. She never looks at any of her workers or anyone. She also did not thank me when I handed her the money. Would I come back here? Eh... What they do offer here that many places dont is that they also have 3D art and colored gel. So for those, maybe. read more

This is my go-to nail place in Anaheim! They are always able to get me in when I call same day and are so nice! I tried a few other nail places in Anaheim before finding Nail Lane and was never impressed, but have since stuck with Nail Lane since first trying them. I don't usually do this, but this shop really pissed me off. My daughter took her and I there to be pampered for Moms day (she's a nurse and had to work) she spent a lot of money there. Well while my nails were drying the fingernails gooped up, so she redid and my daughter said check the toes to please and they didn't, when I got home later that night the toes were goofed up too. I went back this am to get toes redone and asked her to do gel this time and she said ok and never told me she would charge more for that. as I was leaving and almost to my car she chases me down saying you owe $18 wth! I argued with her and just gave her the money...obvi she needed more than I did. I wouldn't waste my time with this shop. Oh yeah I had to wait a half hour too. So disappointed in them read more

The owner, Debbie did my nails and she did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of the nails I had in mind and mine turned out better than the original. Debbie took her time with my nails and even waited an hour after closing to give me the cutest nail set, uniquely designed by her, before my trip. Nail Lane is gentle to my skin, brittle nails, and nail health. They even warned me that new nail techs use dental powder on acrylic sets that later made me develop an allergy and eczema! Don't forget about quality nail techs for new ones who won't think twice about your nail health! read more

Have been coming here for a few years, I usually get Mimi. I came in last weekend,to see Mimi for a pedicure. My pedicure with her is an average of one hour. I was surprised because she finished in 30 minutes. Throughout, my visit it felt rush and she cut me. The polish she placed on was messy, comes 2 days later I started feeling pain on my toe. I thought it was weird that my toe started turning red with a bit of purple. Checked it today because the pain was t going away, sure enough I have an infection now. Mimi you need to pay more attention into your work, I feel as your tools were not clean. Once you cut me bacteria entered the are, that has caused me pain for a week now. I went to this nail salon two days ago with my sister for two pedis and my sister got a full set with Debbie. I don't remember the name of the woman who did my pedi, I can describe her as an older woman with glasses. Anyways I woke up the next day with pain on my left big toe and I didn't think much of it because it wasn't that bad BUT this morning I woke up with my big toe purple and in pain! So I called the nail salon and I spoke to a man, I explained to him everything that's i said up there and he started laughing saying that It was normal because they took out the root, NO SIR! This is not normal, it's never happened to me before at ANY salon! He then told me that I could go in and get it fixed. Do you really think I want them to touch my toes again?! Heck no!! Now I'm not sure if their supplies are clean, sanitized, or if she just didn't know what she was doing because even the polish was messy after she was done. But he proceeded to tell me that it didn't make sense that I wanted a refund of $45 dollars if I didn't want to get it fixed! How does that not make sense?! If the service resulted in a toe infection, how does it not make sense?! Why would you think that I want your services after this? So I told him to keep my money and I'd be writing a review. Pease be careful where you go get nail services. This is my biggest fear! I hope I can get this cleared up. As for this salon, I'll never be back and shame on you guys for being so money hungry. read more

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been too. Their customer service is impeccable. They will offer to fix your f***ed nails for free. However they will not give you any of your money back for their lousy work. I came in with my bf and friend and collectively got two sets of acrylics a regular manicure, two regular pedicures and a 40 extras pedicure. Collectively we spend at least 200 if not more here. The next day one of my nail snapped at the exact point where they lay the fake nail. I stupidly assumed that it was my fault and not theirs and went to have it fixed. Which they did for free also fixed the other nail that had got chipped. Mind you this was less than 24 hours later. During this incident the guy who did my nails clipped me with something and drew blood. ( I'm out of town and not paying super high end so I expected this, it is what it is with cheap a** nail salons) then after placing the new fake nail and dipping the brush between the liquid and powder acrylic all touching my still wet blood! I thought hey no biggie he'll probably clean it. Nope straight up pours the acrylic powder and liquid back into the container he will use for the next person to be tortured with this. And then hangs his brush up to dry!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. So he finishes the nail and then I leave vowing never to come back. Then today once agin less than 48 hours and I have two more snapped nails at the same exact point in the nail. I called and they offered to have me come in and fix them. Which is cool but you're nails are not worth the price I paid and all I wanted was at least the money to get them taken off at another salon. I also have two infections. One on the first nail that broke where he drew blood And then poured it into the container and also on my toe where I got a pedicure(where she didn't even draw blood mind you so how dirty must these utensils even be!!!) now I have t go pay for a whole new set. If you have time to go back to this nail salon daily and get your broken nails fixed then hey maybe you'll only need one set every couple months since they'll replace one nail a day for you!!! Just for reference I have had nails on for years and never ONCE have I had a nail snap in half directly where they put it on!!!!! In conclusion: don't go here I got a mild infections but what about the next person they transmit blood from??? The nails will break almost instantly. It's sucks because the way they looked before breaking repeatedly was very nice! To the next person that sits in chair 3 I'm sorry for you! read more

I've been coming for years never had a problem until now. I like my fingers and toes to match but I didn't realize that the color was different until my friend told me to look. So I went back the next day to talk to the owner she got upset because she's telling me it's the same color if they made a mistake you just say sorry and move on and change the color. But damn they act like ur crazy now I have to pay more money to get what I want. It's so sad that the owner has an attitude when she's wrong. read more

The service is always 100% Debbie and Daniel are so welcoming and friendly here. I made an appointment since they are usually busy when I come and didn't have to wait at all Waxing: I like to get my eyebrows and lips waxed once in a while. Debbie does such an amazing job. She is extremely efficient and makes waxing painless. I cant imagine anyone else shaping my eyebrows. Pedicure: Pedicure was done by Cindy. I was very surprised on how they place a cover over those spa tubs before you put your feet in. No cross contamination at this location! Cindy makes great conversation. I always leave Nail Lane feeling relaxed. Would recommend anyone to try this place! read more

He's done my builder gel, dip powder, and now Gel X; he truly does it all. He's incredibly personable, friendly, and a total perfectionist. He always makes sure I'm 100% happy with my nails before I leave. Holly is my absolute go-to for pedicures. Between her and Ken, I always leave feeling relaxed, taken care of, and refreshed. The salon itself is always clean, the music and atmosphere are such a vibe, and I love that they always offer a drink (I never say no--their white wine always sets the mood for me). I genuinely look forward to their new colors and releases, and I trust them completely with my nails. When I pointed out that the flowers were supposed to be pink and purple, she appeared frustrated about having to redo them. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.

I was surprised by how few veteran-owned nail salons there were, so when I found Trendy Nail & Spa, I knew that was the place. I stopped by in person to make a reservation for four. The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. This place gets a 10 out of 10 from our military family. If you're looking for a salon with great people, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, Trendy Nail & Spa is the place to go. Semper Fi! Tracy wanted to charge extra for nail cutting during an acrylic fill. I have been doing my nails for years, and never have I been charged for that. Not to mention my nails didn't even need to be cut much. Maybe a centimeter or two since they were already short to begin with. I agreed to pay the extra for nail cutting just so she could continue, but I could tell she was upset since I questioned her pricing. To break the awkwardness, I was just playing on my phone. Texting my friend, checking on my son's baby monitor etc. Tracy then blindly accused me of posting on yelp, yelling at me saying I'm trying to ruin her business, that I will have bad luck because I'm doing this, etc. I told her I wasn't on yelp at all and she just continued to yell and scold me. It was crazy. I could tell she creates such a toxic work place for her workers. I hope the very sweet pedicure lady finds new employment. She was extremely kind and gentle to me. How they have so many positive reviews is beyond me. If you take time to scroll, you can see they also have multiple negative reviews due to hygiene issues, causing infections, appointment issues, customer service issues, and others who have had issues with Tracy directly. There are also tons of fake yelp reviews that yelp does not recommend. You can access those at the very bottom. Reviews from accounts that have no other reviews and no yelp friends. I debated on whether or not I was going to post this, but nobody deserves to be treated the way Tracy treated me based on a blind assumption. Please think twice about coming here. For your physical health and your mental health.

You get what you pay for here and that's why they have "deals" Monday-Wednesday for 4 hours. Every time I went in some poor lady would come back upset because her nails broke 2 days later after getting her manicure or within 5 days. They'll blame you every time for it too. Their facility is not clean at all and the restroom there will confirm it. Their nail products are old and expired as well. They'll play nice until they get called out for their lack of consistent work and blame you for the nails not lasting long when it really is all about how they prepped your nails. You're not saving money if you're having to go back every week and you're better off paying an additional 20 dollars for a longer lasting manicure.

She is sweet, professional, gentle and detail oriented. My 16 year old pup crossed over Rainbow Bridge. Martha coordinated with her team members Danielle and DJ and we're so thoughtful and gave my family and I macaroon & citrus bath steamers with a hand written card. I buy Disney gift cards at target with my target card for 5% off and the grand California hotel valet parking (normally $75) is complimentary with $125 or $175 service (no tram or walking). Your reservation confirmation will tell you the exact amount. Please tip the valet cast members, they hustle and provide great service. Whenever I had concerns or feedback, cast members listened, weren't defensive and was receptive and understanding. They take care of you and want you to enjoy your experience!

The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it. I'll be back for more treatments!!
