First ingrown toenail in 20 years!!! Please inform your nail technicians some people have naturally c curved nails... doesn't mean it's ingrown but when you try to "fix" what you think it should look like -- caused me an ingrown! Have to go to the podiatrist to get $150 ingrown toenail removal. So painful and I'm still healing from it a month after the procedure. I have been coming here for 6 months starting last October 2025. They rush you to fill as many seats as possible, doesn't matter if you schedule ahead and are patient. Never have hot water for pedicures. Some of had two visits where they didn't include a massage after my nails. Why am I paying $100 plus tip? Do better. read more

My nails have never looked better!! These are my natural nails thanks to them. They always maintain my nails in good shape and make sure to keep its integrity even though I get gel every two weeks. Even with the gel off my nails are not damaged! Everyone who works here is so friendly and does an amazing job! Cash payments are preferred but they do take Zelle as well along with card etc. Note - Weekends they are always very busy but are always able to fit people in within reasonable time. This place is a hit or miss. I've had a couple very pleasant experiences but after this weekend I will not be coming back. The last time I went I got my acrylics filled and a wonderful pedicure. The service was amazing and I was really happy. This weekend I walked in and I could just feel the bad energy coming off the woman in the front. They didn't instruct me to wash my hands before I got my nails done. Instead of soaking the acrylics (because I was getting them removed) she removed them by cutting the tips off and shoving a nail tip under to get it to pop off. Which maybe that is their way of doing it but it was definitely painful and damaged my nails. She had me soak my nails in hot water after and it was really painful from the sensitivity of the acrylics getting ripped off. I got plain white gel on my natural nail and there are black specks in them from dirty polish. Also because of the tips getting ripped off some of my nails are square and some rounded. She just seemed super rushed and unhappy with my presence. The girl who did my pedicure was really sweet but seemed inexperienced. When she was filing my nails it kept hitting my cuticle and skin I was surprised it didn't cut the skin. (She ended up doing a really nice job though I will hand that to her). Then I look over to the front desk and the lady at front desk kept saying "Zelle" "Zelle" "Zelle" to the woman trying to pay and kept interrupting her before she could speak. The woman literally had to tell her to wait a second. To give the woman the benefit of the doubt she was probably having a really bad day. Which we all do. I was having a hard day myself and I came to this nail place to get pampered and feel better about my day. I left really unsatisfied which is very frustrating for spending $100. My daughter and I made appointments to come here for our first time getting pedicures. The nail salon was clean. Unfortunately, the nail techs were not friendly, they did not have a variety of colors to choose from either. Now this was the big one for me they seem to cater to the white women that were there or coming in for services putting my daughter and I on the "back burner." We had made a appointments and were not walk-ins expecting service. At the start they left me on the massage chair to soke my feet. and proceeded with my daughter. We were under the impression that we both would be served as we made the appointment for 2:00. At one point as my daughter was being serviced a white lady came in and the tech threw a towel over my daughters feet and went to service the white lady. After waiting 20 minutes a tech finally came to service me then as I was near completion is when (perhaps the owner) rushed ovet to finally finish up my daughter's pedicure. Then as my tech started to paint my nails she said " pink" I told her "no." She said "oh you changed your mind." I was never asked what color she just assumed. At any rate... I feel if even if those other customers were regulars everyone should be treated with respect and as equals. We really wanted to like this place and make it "our go to." We won't be back. read more

I came here after getting my nails done somewhere else a week earlier and having them totally jacked up. I made an appointment the night before and they got me in right away. I didn't have to wait past my appointment time either. I highly recommend Trinity as well. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job. If you are ok with "mean girl" vibes this is the place for you. Lol So I have been a client at The Nail Artistry || for the past six months until now. I use to get my nails done by a gentleman. I got a basic gel mani and once the holidays came around, I wanted to do acrylic. I switched to mean girl #1 named Lucy. At first she was nice and did a good job. Then I came across Gina. She was also nice and did an even better job on my nails. After I switched to Gina, something in that salon changed. Especially with Lucy. She no longer spoke to me all because I switched to Gina. Lol when I would come in, I would be greeted, asked what I was there for and would be seen on time. If they were running late, I didn't mind even though I'm 3 months pregnant, have a three year old and spouse at home waiting for me to come home and start dinner. I would wait because that's how much I use to enjoy coming in. The last time I came in they looked at me, but didn't acknowledge me, or explain to me they will be with me soon. It was just mean girl vibes, and they would talk about me. Lol I felt so uncomfortable to the point of walking out and I never walk out. I even thought about asking for the manager unless it's one of the mean girls which doesn't help. I wish I knew her name but she sits behind Lucy. She was the one who sat there and talked about me with Lucy. I don't care how "cute" the style or the layout of the salon is, it's how they treat you. I will never come in again, nor will my mom or friends. They lost 5 clients because of their customer service. Ladies please go some where you are valued. And Lucy if you ever read this, it's because of us the clients that give you a job. Kindness goes a long way. Don't ever forget that. I've been going to ProNails by Tina down the street for about 6 years now and I've been super disappointed with them. I have tried a few others in the area and was still not happy. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Mother's Day. I finally went today and I loved it. I was very satisfied with my pedicure and dip mani today. They didn't rush. The ladies took their time to make sure they did an accurate job. I usually don't do a review after the first visit, but I feel like they deserved it. Also, the decor is super cute. I loved the 4.6 review that's what drew me in! I went in and beautiful place and it appeared clean everyone was nice! I got my nails and toes done 11days ago today.... Got a fill with gel polish and pedicure with gel polish. As of today I have multiple chips and every nail is lifting at the cuticle getting stuck in my hair and all around feeling very unstable!! I was so happy with my service but acrylic nails should last longer than they have and that's very disappointing. I thought I had found my forever nail home until they started falling apart... the previous salon I used I was disappointed in many ways but at least the nails and paint survived 3+ weeks while I searched for another option!! read more
