This facility is a great place to bring your kiddos to realize energy, work out and of course to get better as an athlete!! They work with kiddos as young as 7 I need to bring my Lil one here ASAP and all the up to high schoolers. The trainers here are great they keep the kids accountable and they correct them, is hard to find good trainers not everyone can train and This spot has great trainers ! They keep communication with the parents about how they are improving or what they need to work on. My kids love it! Hope they get a bigger facility tho. read more

Now, you can totally see the difference in him and how he feels especially when he plays baseball. Parisi was very beneficial during the March/April lockdown as they had online classes which my son did instead of sitting around playing video games all day. My son has been attending Parisi classes now for over a year. He was the youngest ever to achieve one of the higher performance ratings at Parisi. On his first evaluation he could barely do one pull up. Now he is 6'-0" 174 pounds and can do 24 pull ups. The owner, Paul David, is very involved, knowledgeable and cares about every athlete, always communicating at a personal level. My son enjoys being a part of the Parisi family and would not be at the level he has achieved in his sport without Parisi. We are looking forward to more years and more achievements with Parisi. Booked an appointment for an evaluation on recommendation from a friend. Signage is minimal and there was no indication of where we were to go, outside or upstairs. We stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged our presence. Nor did they seem to notice that an adult who had been standing around for 10 minutes with her son and was walking into the student area. No one knew we were coming and the owner (Paul) whose name was on the calendar invite had left before the appointment. They offered to throw us in late to an assessment with someone else. I have a 15 year old and 13 year old that go to Parisi. One goes to the elite group training and the other goes to private training. My 15 year old loves it and asks to go to the training which shocked me. We had a small hiccup with the private training for my 13 year old but I spoke to the owner Paul he straightened out right away and apologized. This is a sign of a business that cares. Like can you be taught speed?? Well, let me be the first to say YES! I MEAN, my son has consistently been going there for about 2 months and his game (basketball) has improved and speed is where he has improved greatly. His vertical has also improved by 3 inches and the best part! He absolutely LOVES It!!! I mean this is something he looks forward to doing. Our son plays football and rugby. He has been going to Parisi for two years now, and boy what a difference on his overall performance on both sports. Not only has he developed good forms, but also gotten better with his speed, and footwork (which is important with rugby and football). He hasn't been under any of the coaches that he didn't liked. I've played many years of sports and none of them have given me such a great result like Parisi. In just two months these coaches helped me two improve every aspect of running. They help every kid get stronger, faster,and quicker. A lot of sports give you workouts and tell you what to do but Parisi shows you how to properly perform lots of maneuvers and can explain why. All the coaches there are absolutely great and really know what they are talking about. They are also very friendly and easy to talk to and get along with. Parisi Speed School in San Diego is everything you expect it to be and beyond. My kids (11 and 15 years old) are not really athletes but we always want them to be active. We brought them here with an expectation of a weekly activity for them, to get them moving, but we received more - not only are they more physically active, but they are more mentally alert, they eat better, have a more positive attitude, and more motivated about everything. Our 11 year old have chosen table tennis as his sport as a result and recently won 3rd in his first competition with high school competitors. Our 15 year old is now going to pursue track...and claims everyday that he can beat me:) The best part of this gym/school are the owners - Joe and Trisha. They are a good influence to anyone.
