I haven't taken classes with the weekday mornings' instructors but I'm sure they are really good too! They teach classes where students are at different fitness levels and attitudes too lol. The instructors do an amazing job of correcting your form, providing modifications (always ask if something starts to hurt), and they also push you harder, especially if they have seen you in previous classes. My twin sister was in town and joined me last minute to a class with Angela! She's amazing, tough and nice enough to take a picture with us! My twin loved the class so much that she's looking into joining her local LA Fitness. My favorite part is the stretching leg circles & frog with the ropes at the end of class. I definitely come to class for "me" time and to shut the noise of work and the world.

Their isnt a lunchtime class or afternoon on weekends. So I have to go to 4s Ranch location. The sales pitch is a 1 star. I already knew I was going to come here. I just wanted them to work with me, instead they ended up making me rethink it. I almost said forget it. Their was a lot of "I have $20 voucher but I'm waiting to give to the next person if you dont claim it in an hour" then the next call was, "if you go somewhere else, its just going to cost you $300, so you might as well sign up now" I really dont like BS sales pitches, especially if im telling you I want to join just work with me. Luckily, a sales rep from another location signed me up no problem. The facility is clean, has lots of options and have had no issue since.

Equipment is very well laid out - roomy, you never really face someone else working out, and if something is occupied you can usually find it somewhere else - several dumbbell niches to choose from, for example. Locker room is nice, I don't use it much tho and others likewise seem to just be in and out for a workout, so it never seems crowded at all. I do use the Black Card spa stuff and it's great. What a treat. I really look forward to it when I have the time. Being newly opened, I feel like everyone is invested in keeping the place nice - wiping down equipment, etc. It's a really good vibe. Great staff too. I switched from another neighborhood gym and it's truly a night-and-day difference. I go so much more and feel empowered to do more stuff. No classes here, which I thought was a bummer at first, but I'm finding I go more when it's on my own time and not a set schedule. Oh, and the parking is great! I have tried this gym a couple of times. It's brand new. Staff isn't really very professional acting. I mean it's a gym, but they could make any amount of effort and they really don't. My persisting issue here is that they have little or no hot water! I even called them before I came today to see if they repaired whatever issues a brand new gym can have, to not have hot water. The guy straight up lied to me and told me it was fixed, and joke's on me, there's no hot water. Fool me once... Their Google and Yelp reviews make multiple complaints about the lack of hot water. They know about it and they definitely aren't going to fix it. Fellow black card members, bypass this location altogether. You can thank me later.

So many Gen Y kids working here that don't do anything other than ignore members and stand around. Always on their phones and or yapping away with friends. 24 also needs to start directing their members to clean up after themselves (their style seems to be let members be as gross and lazy as they want). If you don't want to impose basic rules such as re-rack your weights then start hiring more staff to clean up after your lazy members on $20 plans to come here. I hope Carmel mountain 24 hour management sees this. Don't let the great remodel go down hill and return to the state it was in before.

From Day 1, she was positive and supportive of my training effort and goals. She is a caring and knowledgeable professional. I also want to commend my Personal Coach Ethan. After recovering from a quadruple heart attack, I was assigned to Ethan with a goal to help get me back on my fitness track. He is great. Knowledgeable and knows how and when to push, I saw tremendous progress in a short time. I was particularly impressed with how he worked very hard to emphasize form and safety. It gave me much comfort knowing I was learning properly. All in all a great place to get fit.

I've reported this multiple times to management. I was told there is a "no photography" sign, but it's placed where it's easy to miss and clearly not effective. The behavior continues, and some members are dismissive when asked to stop. Crunch Fitness needs to take this seriously, move the signage to clearly visible areas (mirrors and entrances) and actively enforce the policy. Members deserve to feel safe in private spaces like locker rooms.

Today was the last straw: all the lockers were unusable because the staff didn't have a secondary key, so no one could use lockers at all. That's basic gym functionality, and it completely failed. Overall, the quality of the equipment is terrible, maintenance is nonexistent, and issues just linger indefinitely. Definitely not worth the membership anymore.

There's something about the energy in that room that makes you want to actually try. When everyone around you is putting in work, you just match it. The music is good too. Sounds like a small thing but it makes a difference. So does the AC -- especially on a hot day. Strength-wise I'm noticeably stronger than when I started. Still getting challenged which is the point. If you're thinking about trying it, just go. It's hard to explain until you're in it.
