She scheduled me for classes starting Monday. However, on my very first day, I was told I could not attend class and could not take the English exam for the price I paid. She stated the $1,880 was only for the Chinese exam, and the English version would cost $3,500. This was never mentioned during enrollment after | clearly stated my needs. How could I possibly take a Chinese exam when I can't read the language? It's either a severe administrative failure or a deliberate trick to get people in the door. I have never seen a school treat a potential student with such disregard. Fortunately, received a refund, but the entire ordeal was a huge waste of time and energy. Be very careful and get everything in writing.

My daughter's NYSSMA exam scores are always kept at "outstanding" and "excellent" without fail. Besides the tutoring classes, they also provide practicing time for students. They encourage customers having musical instruments at home, and provide refurbished piano at reasonable price.
