I have always found Dr. Little to be an exceptionally competent diagnostician who is also a consummate professional. When circumstances required he has gone the extra mile to accommodate me, including once meeting me at his office at 2:00 am and on more than one occasion visiting me at home and, when appropriate, bringing me very helpful medications. Dr. Little has never hesitated to recommend me to a specialist when he thought it was in my best interests to have that added expertise. I have dealt with some gut-wrenching conditions which required the work of out-of-town, world-renowned surgeons, but I always drew comfort from knowing that back in Kalamazoo I had a primary care physician who always had my back and was there to deal with post surgical problems, including chronic pain. In sum, Wayne Little is a very bright and experienced physician who treats his patients with dignity. I'm grateful that I can call him not only my physician but also my friend.

He readily admitted that he didn't believe in medicating children. While I generally agree, when you have two other doctors more versed in psychological matters in children, you don't take chances.
