terrible waste of time. the PA Brittany did absolutely nothing for us. just kept repeating herself and saying you don't have allergies although she didn't do a single test or exam. but charged me $250. don't waste your time. See Dr Park at Park allergy center, he is fabulous. read more

Dr. Lokesh is a bit abrupt and has a tough English accent but he cares and offered and stressed the things I needed to do to improve my conditions. When you can't get a good breath, this practice can help!!!! This happened to me recently! A breathing treatment was administered, and I felt better already. Then I was given a prescription and sent for a Covid19 test! It was negative. The staff called me the next day to find out the results. My insurance covers the copay if they recommend a Covid test, and they promptly sent my copay back to me. I would highly recommend Dr Lewis and her staff!!!!! I originally scheduled an appointment for my daughter because her ENT works with them and they also have Saturday hours. It took 4 separate appointments for us to get an actual allergy injection, at two of the appointments they tried to do additional scratch tests on her that had already been done. After waiting MONTHS for the serum we finally got an appointment to start them. After the first shot we transferred the vials to her pediatrician and set up the refills to happen automatically. But that was a huge waste of time, because when the vials ran out, they just ran out, no sign of any refills. She's been out now for 2 weeks and I have been on the phone repeatedly with the clinic and the pediatrician trying to get it figured out. Apparently they put my child into the system as a Battle Creek patient, which is absolutely wrong as we have only been to the Portage office. I don't know why they are such an organizational mess, but they are and I am over it. Switching her to a different doctor in GR. read more

I had an appointment on Saturday. I seen Dr. D and it was so awesome because I learned so much more than I even thought that I could know about allergies how they start and how to treat them.I learned about eczema and I was in awe of the doctor and his patience with making sure I understood also why he was prescribing certain medications . I was also very pleased with the staff getting me in as quickly as possible and very professional. I definitely would refer this facility. read more

I continued to go there for years because the doctors I dealt with were knowledgeable and effective for my treatment of asthma and allergies, but the medical assistants kept forgetting to order new vials for my allergy injections. So, whenever I needed new serum for my injections, I would go weeks without allergy injections waiting for my vials to come in. I would end up having asthma flare ups because of missing injections. The doctor prescribed me with an asthma medication that cost $860 for a 90 day supply (the cost AFTER my insurance paid their portion). When I asked for free samples because of the cost, the medical assistant said they were supposed to have given me a coupon with that prescription that made my cost $10 per month. I was unable to get a refund for the medication I had already purchased. They are only open one day per week in my city, so I had to travel to other cities to get appointments or injections other days of the week. Dealing with this office caused my heath to suffer and cost me hundreds of extra dollars due to the incompetence of their medical assistants. read more

Took my boyfriend there because he was having asthma attacks almost daily and his current inhalers were not doing the job. We both go to college out here and our family doctors are 3 hours away. Called this place and they said they were taking new patients, only for us to get there and the doctor to say he is "far too busy" to do anything & that my boyfriend should see our family doctor. Total waste of time and money. How could a doctor send a patient away after telling us he is accepting new patients? Extremely disappointed read more
