Tri Diesel came out to the truck and got it running even though I was 30 miles away at work. Later took it in for full service and now it runs better than when I first got it. I still can't believe they came out to the truck and got it running so I could get back home later that night. Best service ever.

Well I bought the parts for a tune up but my car still did not start after the tune up. Alex demanded to be paid and that he would come the next day to do something else since he thought it was something else! Well I gave him $225 as he demanded thinking he would come back ! Alex NEVER came back. I ended up calling another mobile mechanic who gave me a proper diagnosis, the fuel pump!!! I demanded my money back from Alex but of course he would not give me my money back. Save yourself and either go to a shop or use a well known recommended mobile mechanic. I would not recommend this place.

Originally said he could fix it same day, then changed his mind. We agreed to the next day which he said it might rain so he would not come out (it never rained). I gave him my next availability with was a 48 hour window and he said he'd be there at 8am the next day. When i tried to confirm, I got a lengthy aggressive text from him. A few hours later he agrees to meet, and it keeps being pushed back. My car had trouble startingand was towed to the meeting point so at this point, I had been sitting there for about 10 hours. When i tried explaining my schedule(for our now 4th reschedule), he became aggressive again and said he would not work on my vehicle, or refund the deposit/visit fee. I believe he is a scam artist.

Unfortunately I cannot warn people enough about using this business. A few months ago I had such a…read morehorrible experience with them that I'm finally writing the review. From the time I walked in the door everything was handled unprofessionally. The girl sitting behind the front desk was extremely rude and sitting on her cell phone. Not to mention her pants were unbuttoned like she was lounging at home with her foot on the desk. When I asked to speak with the owner I was given an attitude & a loud sigh as she reluctantly put her phone down and went to get him. Once the owner came up to speak with me, he seemed to have no idea of the situation I was speaking about, you would have thought I was speaking another language. He immediately ushered me off to speak with who I assume is the shop manager & walked away. This man was immediately on the defense Leaving me little room to voice my concern. I almost felt as if he tried to intimidate me out of my complaints (which he barely let me explain). After feeling Disregarded and unheard I walked out & felt the need to warn the Public about using such a poorly run business. Although in the end my truck was repaired properly I would never expose myself to such a shit show again. Take your trucks else where, this place a a joke & over priced.
