Rich was not there, it was super busy and I waited over an hour to get an estimate. The gentleman that helped me was very cordial. I gave them all my info and they took pictures. I had not heard from them, I checked with my insurance company and they hadn't heard from them. I called the shop, gentlemen said he had a parts guy there and would call me back... never did!
