Their process involves deceptive pricing structures, a complete lack of upfront communication, and shocking customer service. * The Pricing Trick: Two weeks ago, I called them because my garage door felt heavy. They quoted me $250 over the phone to fix a spring. After inspecting it, they told me the spring wasn't broken yet, but they completely failed to mention any service or trip fees. When the spring actually broke a day later, I hired them based on that $250 phone quote. * The Bait-and-Switch: Once the job was done today, the final bill was suddenly over $350. When I questioned why it was higher than the quote, the installer condescendingly "schooled" me, claiming my door had two springs and they "never just replace one." If that is industry standard, the person on the phone should have clarified that upfront instead of using a low quote to get their foot in the door. * Unacceptable, Hostile Behavior: The installer was curt, miserable, and incredibly rude.
