He went way beyond what would normally be expected; turns out Honda will only credit him .5 - 1 hour on the repair, which was definitely a Honda engine problem, and even took several of their tech's to figure out. He spent much more time on it, even though he knew he wouldn't get fully reimbursed. I'll be paying him some extra for his efforts, and I highly recommend him.
