I have been going to this place for years now. It saves me a lot of money since their prices are low and reasonable. The staff here are really nice and friendly. They often remember me and are able to get my laundry before I even get to the counter. My clothing is always cleaned well and of course I always get only dry clean and not laundered. They have a loyalty program when you log in and it gets you 10 dollars off you cleaning after so many items you laundered. It's a great deal. I will continue to use them read more

I came here to have my suit jacket and pants dry cleaned before a wedding. They did a great got at a great price. While picking up my suit I realized I needed to have a shirt pressed, normally it takes about 2 days or so, but I explained to owner I was in a rush to leave town that night. He said if I could bring the shirt in soon, he could get it done same day. I went home got the shirt and brought it back. Later that evening when picking up the shirt, the employee had a little trouble finding it, but did not give up until he did. Great customer service and value. Park Avenue Cleaners is a no nonsense dry-cleaning kind of a place, I've been bringing my suits and shirts here since moving to the area in 2018, and so far haven't had a lost or broken clothing article. So far I've always received the clothing on-time and never experienced a delay, though I have noticed that the staff changes pretty frequently. I'd say this is a good place to bring your dry-cleaning if you're a walk and walk-out kind of customer and just want your clothing cleaned on time. I've been coming here for upwards of 10 years. The past year I have had more theft or "lost" clothing than ever. Conveniently it's only the higher end - name brand stuff that gets "lost". What a coincidence. I have tried resolving this with the staff no less than 4 times, and no one seems interested to help. They tend to fall back on, we'll maybe it was keyed incorrectly (coat vs jacket) or already picked up. I just want my items back. A pink Kate Spade coat, a Halston Heritage Faille Dress, several BRAND NEW J.Crew button downs just sent for pressing, Vince sweater & dress. Cheap and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Completely ruined a suit by it coming out with ink stains all over it. Then they sent it to get "fixed " it was cut to get out the ink stains that bleed through the lining. Got it back and the arms are different lengths and the jacket was unevenly hemmed. Has to be taken else where and paid for by me to get their mistake fixed. I do not trust them to even "fix" it at this point. A different occasion they gave half of one of my husband suits to someone else. They did get it back. Days later. Shouldn't have happened. The most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered. I called on Wednesday to get a price to press 10 tablecloths for a shower, they said no problem bring tomorrow and its two days. Well walked in there yesterday, the young man was very polite, but the older lady in back gave me a dirty look and said, "do you see all this I have to do, it won't be until next week" Well I need Sunday? She just turned her back and walked away. To make things worse the very rude probably 20 something girl in the front said just "go someplace else" and ended it with "you have a blessed day" in a very sarcastic tone. Typical for her crowd I could tell she had not been raised with any manners or respect. Great local dry cleaners in Elk Grove on Laguna Blvd. Always the least in expensive, around $3 per item for standard dry cleaning. Even cheaper if you can find a coupon . I don't frequent dry cleaners as much as I work at home several days a week and are usually in sweats or pjs most day's!. I do take my occasional work slacks , blouses,and dresses in and service is normally efficient and satisfactory. A great deal is getting my Cal King down comforter cleaned for $20 . I usually get that done twice a year and alternate with a lighter one that goes in the washer . Check them out if in the area and in need of a cleaners but avoid the 5pm to 630pm rush if you can. read more

Have been using them since 2003 when we first moved to Elk Grove and the service has gone down considerably. I've never had any problems personally except for one occasion when I had to wait 20-30mins to find my shirt that was misplaced. But I've seen when I've been in line and some customers are treated so rudely. Really wish it would turn around to the service they provided back in the day but that ship may have sailed. read more

My clothes are not as clean looking or smelling. There is an employee there, let's call her M. what a nasty individual she is combative and unprofessional to say the least. In this area, you really can't beat $2.50 an item! I found this thanks to all you yelpers. It's in the plaza diagonal from where PetsMart and Henry's is. My shirts are well pressed, but they aren't fancy enough to clip the sleeves in the back or anything. Their turn around is more than reasonable (in before 9, out by 5), but it is true that this probably isn't the BEST dry cleaners. I have been a customer of this dry cleaning establishment for many years. I started dropping off my silk shirts here when they first sent out $1.25 per item coupons. Since then the prices have raised to now their established price of $2.50 per item which is still pretty inexpensive. They do a good job and I am satisfied with their work. They have a huge customer base so they must be doing something right. There is usualy a few customers inside every time I drop by to pickup or drop off my shirts. My son even drops his shirts off here and he lives 8 miles north in the Pocket area of South Sacramento. BTW, when I picked up my shirts the other day, a woman was dropping off 36 skirts and blouses. I do not normally make negative posts, however I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. I had my suit pressed here. I asked to have them re-pressed and pointed out that they had additional creases in the pants. I came back to pick up my clothes and again my suit pants had multiple creases and now the creases are very defined and Very obvious. They may do well with cleaning, not really sure, but they are terrible at pressing. read more

I have taken my husband's suit here and they have messed up on simple ironing the jacket wrong twice, and when I bought it to their attention I was told the ironing person is not in and the individual did not offer to correct their mistake and that was it. Very rude cleaners. I wanted to dropped off a comforter that this location did before. I was told they probably wouldn't be able to take it. I told her I would not argue with her, but before I left, I asked if you took it before, why not now? She stated the material was thin. It is the same Density as before so how Is it different now? Second time they disappointed me. I only came back because it was decent work for a cheap price, bu I am learning this is only true if they want the work. I didn't realize I had to audition my clothes and comforters to be accepted into their cleaners. Oh by the way, "Ladies,". Have been going here for years with success but lately clothes are not pressed properly. Wrinkles are pressed into shirts and creases are not added although on the receipt BUT I have also gotten another customer's name and phone number on my dry cleaning twice now. I will not post photo here but texted the customer and she was also pretty upset, not good in my career field. I mentioned to the owner, Chris about creases and still not done correctly. I talked to an attendant, Regan and asked for the owner to call about other people's identity being passed out and she said they're not going to call. Victor and Alexsia are the employees who gave me another customer's name and phone number. Mistakes happen but for the manager to not call and address shows a lack of concern. Service sucks! I took 3 winter jackets to get cleaned they could not clean 2 of 3 jackets. Because they said it had faux fur ..... what jackets don't. You get what you pay for, and sometimes it's best to pay the extra dollar or two. If you ask for no creases, you get creases. If you drop off a shirt for dry cleaning and they decide it should be laundered they won't touch it. You won't get a phone call informing you that it needs to be laundered, you'll just have a nice little surprise on Saturday morning. So pissed off. If you care about your clothes, then go somewhere else. I took in 8 dress shirts, and a pair of slacks. Whoever cleaned my clothes seemed like he/she was drunk and/or impaired while working. The collars on all my shirts were beyond crooked. On one of them, it wasn't even ironed on the line. A blind person can probably iron better than that. I had to re-iron all of my shirts. Then, to top it off, the stitching on the cuffs of one of the legs of my slacks were ripped off. Now, I have to find a tailor to stitch my slacks back. I've been coming to this place for 2 years. Never had this happen. Must be a change in staff or something. They just lost a regular. Going to Park Avenue Cleaners makes me feel domesticated. I wake up early in the morning, make breakfast for the kids and hubby, drop the kids off at school, drop off dry cleaning, and go about running my errands of grocery shopping and cleaning the house. Then, before I make dinner for the family, I quickly stop by Parks to pick up my perfectly pressed clothes all for $2.50 each for same day service. Ahhhhh......but in reality, I wake up in the morning, go to the gym, walk my dog, drop off my dry cleaning at Parks, head to work, and on the way home, I pick up my clothes before I go out for happy hour and beer with my friends.
