Love Laundry took care of me while on an extended business trip in the Elk Grove area. I used the wash and fold service. The clothes were washed and folded with care. Items I asked to be hung were put on hangers. Love Laundry even washed a throw blanket for me. The ability to pick the laundry and detergent to use is nice. I was overwhelmed with all the people sitting outside because there wasn't enough seats inside. The place is large with lots of machines and a snack bar. The place was clean and bright but overcrowded for me. I dropped my clothes off picked them up the same day. The clothes were folded, pressed and bagged nicely. However they did not keep the clothes separate so we ended up having to sort through them at home. They do not have a drive up option because people are parked all along the building. I felt they charge more than other laundry services. They do offer a pick up and drop off service but I don't know the exact price. read more

Ive been coming here for years and they don't disappoint. They've got a wide variety of washers and then the dryers are free with increments of 12 minutes, theres also dyers that you can pay for. It may not be in the best area but the inside is beautiful and modern with snack sales and a wide variety of detergent and softener sales as well. read more

I was in such a bind one night and needed to get my clothes dried since our dryer was down. I had just finished a huge load of laundry. I looked at the time and figured I would give it a shot since they close at 10 PM when I got there I was hesitant, but I asked anyways and the attendant said it was OK for me to dry. I told her I would be out of there by the time they closed Which is exactly what happened. I was in and out in 30 minutes with all my clothes dried I just needed to bring them home to fold. They have state-of-the-art washer and dryers and they're washing machine machines take card so you don't need to get quarters which was interesting but if you come here to wash you get to use their dryers for free. The only setback to paying for dry is that you get five minutes for $.25 which isn't that much so if you have a huge load to dry, which I did, it'll end up costing you about less than three dollars. Also, in the daytime they have a snack bar that's open and if you forget your necessities such as detergent and dryer sheets they also sell those another great thing about this place is that they offer laundry services and it's by the pound so if you don't want to do your own laundry, you can drop it off and pick it up later overall this facility is very clean and well kept by the attendants that work there read more

The free wifi, TVs, snacks and kids area are bonuses along with the free dryers. Today I just had to write a review because they have the best hardest working little lady there! My washer broke and the procrastination of waiting for my husband to fix it had created quite the backlog of laundry so I loaded the car and decided to give Love Laundry a try. While pulling in the parking lot, there were 2 cars in a heated stand off, I mean they got out of their cars and had some heated exchanges of words. Made me second guess my choice to come to this location but I parked anyways and took my chances. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It was clean! The employee was always moving around sweeping and cleaning up. They offer wash and fold services by the pound and even have a little snack bar if you get the munchies while waiting. They had single, 3, 4, 6 and 8 load washing machines with large dryers. I used 2 of the 4 load washers and it cost $6 each but came with free drying. I was in and out in about an hour. I did notice the dryers weren't that great. They did take a long time to fully dry everything (I split my laundry between 3 dryers too so it's not like they were overloaded) and they were horrible with removing any lint. I had to run everything through my home dryer to help with drying and lint. Overall it wasn't as bad as I expected. Yes, it's in the ghetto but they appeared to make it as nice and well maintained as possible. I'm hoping to have a new washer soon but I would consider this place for when I need to wash my larger bedspreads. read more

I'm here washing my bed comforters, because they won't fit in my washer at home. This is the Absolute CLEANEST laundromat that I've ever been to! Not just today, but EVERY time that I come here. The attendants are continuously cleaning the floors with machinery and wiping down the washers. There are LOTS of machines and I've rarely had to wait for the extra large machines that I use....AND if you wash here, the dryers are FREE! Great job Love Laundry! read more

First time using this laundromat and was drawn in by the free dry option. They have a large and clean facility with many washers and dryers. There was also plenty of seating. However, one major con was that it took three cycles in the free dryer for my one load of laundry to get dry which added much more time to my visit than expected. Super clean. I saw 3 workers maintaining the place and manning their counters. They were pleasant when I asked for help with a machine. Plus... free dry, with wash. Snack bar counter. Another counter that sells laundry supplies. Vending machines. There's a bathroom for their customers. Lots of laundry carts so no need to ask others to use it while they're storing their soap and stuff in it... go figure. Recommended. read more

Positives: free dryer machines, good customer service from attendants, good-sized parking lot. Can use credit cards, not just coins. Very affordable - I think it was less than $5 total to wash a big load of clothes and other garments. Negatives: can get extremely busy on weekdays after 6pm AND the free dryer machine area fills up rapidly if you don't make it there in time. Then you have to head to the paid dryer machine area to pay for drying your fabrics. read more

I have used Love Laundry service several times. Each time (except one)I have been satisfied with the cleanliness of my clothes and how they fold and separate all of my clothing. For the very first time I use the self-service washers and dryers. They were very thorough! I liked how the washers except debit cards. I tried to use the free dryer's, however I preferred the other dryers because they were bigger and you can add more time. I was able to wash all of my comforters, all of my clothes, and all of my towels at Love laundry in a fraction of the time that it normally takes me at home. My one Issue was with some of the clientele. And that's not something that Love Laundry can control so for that they've earned five stars in my book! I also like how they had a snack bar and a kids area. The restrooms were clean as well. read more

This is my first bad experience here. Wait, no its my second. The first time is when I did the Laundry Service and they "lost" some of my clothes. . Other than the clothes being lost situation, and the event that took place yesterday, I have had a great experience with this location. YESTERDAY: I go in about 7am to wash two loads of clothes (colors & whites). After I wash, I dry both loads in separate dryers. I gathered my clothes in my basket and headed home so that I can prepare to go to work. I get home, and had to hurry to leave for work, so I didn't get a chance to fold my clothes and put them away. THIS MORNING: I grab my basket, throw on Youtube, and begin to fold my clothes. Dark clothes were on top, and the whites were towards the bottom. When I got to the white clothes, I took a t-shirt out, and I smelled it expecting to smell the fresh smell of my detergent and fabric softener. The shirt a weird smell to it. So I looked at the shirt and really started to smell on it. It smelled like butt. So now I'm thinking, why is this shirt smelling like this. I specifically picked out some very pleasant smelling soap and fabric softener, I even had top of the line dryer sheets. As I looked in my basket I seen the culprit of the smell. Apparently on one of my t-shirts was a small peach seed sized piece of boo boo, stool, human excrement, doo doo, feces, etc... that had been dried along with my clothes. I was grossed out. Staff there is not cleaning the machines after they are used. I also notice a number of transients that frequent the place (not say it is them, but staff should be mindful of what they attempt to put in the machines) I'm used to coming in the morning and there was a lady that worked there with a special needs young man, they kept that place spotless and were very vigilant about watching what was going on. When I was there this past Monday morning, I seen powered soap spills, and all kind of messes that were not cleaned up. The tops of the machines were dirty. This is not the Love Laundry that I'm used too. So please check your washers and dryers before putting your clothes in, might be some doo doo in there. read more

They do have a mask policy and most people do follow it. In the instances some don't, there's ample room to distance yourself. This place was clean and well put together with tvs, a snack bar, clean restrooms, and you can purchase supplies for cheap at a counter - incse like me, you forget your detergent nd drier sheet. Four load washer was $4.50 - pretty reasonable, and driers are FREE! Saw that a review of laundromat in EG was nearly $10 for a load! They also have free WIFI here!
