Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to park offsite for airport parking. I park here twice a week when I travel for work. You are given a piece of paper with your parking space on it. Upon landing in MCO & collecting bags(if no bags..call once you pass through baggage claim), you call the automated number and it sends a driver. Never a long wait. I have used this location for years. For the recent price increase I could have parked cheaper at the airport's on-site long term parking. I paid over $11 a day after taxes and fees. The service has also gone down. The bus the in morning drove all around the parking lot not picking up anyone and then drove off leaving 3 families. Until we ran after them - and then they said don't run after the bus. The wait time returning from the airport to return to the car also seemed excessive. Multiple other companies came and went before our bus finally showed up. Unfortunately it seems they increased the price and lowered the service. read more

Management keeps messy it up. Less drivers fewer parking spots up front--expect parking in the back 40. Security in the back 40 is nonexistent even though they say there is. Whenever I fly home for the holidays, I have always used Park, Bark, and Fly. I like the convenience of parking my car and taking a shuttle to the airport. After my last experience, I may reconsider. I arrived at Park, Bark, and Fly two hours before my flight, giving me plenty of time. I didn't even have time to park the car when a shuttle pulled up and the driver coming out to get my bag. "How about giving me a moment to get my bag out of the car." After she loaded my suitcase onto the bus, I step on board, only to see that the bus is full. There are two seats available, and neither person would move over to let me sit down. The driver had to point out to the two passengers that there were two seats available if they could just slide over. A passenger finally moved over so I could sit down. I thanked her while I was thinking what to say to the other passenger who would not move over. But with it being the holidays, I decided to keep my mouth shut. As we were leaving the Park, Bark, and Fly facility, the shuttle driver proceeded to make an attempt to turn right onto Semoran Boulevard, looking to her left as she watched traffic approaching. Approaching to the right, however, was a bicyclist on the sidewalk who she almost hit because she did not look both ways. I will admit, the bicyclist should have stopped sooner when seeing a bus pulling out onto the roadway. After getting to the airport, I tipped my driver. Not having enough one dollar bills, I gave my driver a few dollars in quarter that I had. Having dropped one, she just stood there with her hand out while I had to bend over to get the quarter. Yeah, I know. It is my fault I did not have enough single bills. But with the way the ride started, there was a part of me that did not feel like tipping. After my flight back home after Christmas, I grabbed my suitcase and proceeded to walk to the parking for shuttle pick up. While looking in my wallet, I then realized that my driver did not give me a card with the number for Park, Bark, and Fly. So I had to wait nearly half-an-hour for a shuttle while several other buses from other off-airport parking companies were picking up passengers and leaving on a timely manner. When the driver finally arrived and helped me with my suitcase, he asked me for my card, to which I told him that I was not given one from my driver upon arrival after parking my car. I told him where I was parked, only to have him driving around in the unpaved parking lot. Several times I told him where I was parked, only for him to be driving further away from where I was parked. There would not have been any problem providing my driver gave me a card when I arrived on the day of my departing flight. I tipped my driver after he finally found my car and helped me with my suitcase. I was able to get a discount on my bill, so that was nice. But the experience of feeling rushed upon arrival was not the way to start my trip. Since I had arrived early, I could have waited for another shuttle. I do not know if the decision to pack the shuttle full of customers like a can of sardines was made by the driver or the management. And to have no one willing to move over so I could sit down really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I should look into another shuttle service that can provide a comfortable trip to the airport. Oh, and by the way, Park, Bark, and Fly accepts credit cards. But not American Express. read more

4.5 stars. Bus picked me up almost immediately after I parked, dropped me off at the exact terminal I needed. On the return, bus was waiting and took me directly back to my car. Prices are good. Only reason not 5 stars is bc it's not the cleanest place to park your car. Overall very happy and will use again. read more

My favorite offsite parking company. I just dropped my car off this morning... pulled in, punched time ticket, there was a space right withing the first 20. Got out car and bus was already there to pick me up. He offered to help. Asked what company I'm flying on, gave me a little card with my space number and number to call when need to be picked up for return. Drove 2 of us right to United terminal. Whole process from pulling in off 436 to walking in airport was about 12 minutes. PLEASE OPEN ONE FOR SANFORD!!! :) read more

Pros: Simple enough to park and catch a shuttle. Plan some extra time in case others are picked up in the parking lot after you. Cons: Second time I parked here my car became infested with ants. There were literally hundreds of ants inside and outside the car when I returned. I was parked for four days. In that time period, ants had managed to nest and takeover my car. Don't park near the back or any trees. The company should spray if this is an issue for other people. read more

I usually have this as my first choice in airport parking. They are pretty reliable. They were the last one to have spaces 2 days before Christmas. I ended up parking way out in the back of their property - in a grassy field in a fenced in area. I asked if it was ok for my car to be there for the next couple weeks since it looked like a temporary parking field. They assured me it was. When we arrived late around 10 days later, I was informed that they had moved my car. I have no idea how they did it. I am assuming they towed it. I don't see any towing related damage but I am knocking off a star since I am not too happy that they towed my car without my permission. read more

Let's start off with the fact the the shuttles are very small and don't run often. I almost missed my flight and I came to park my car with time. When they drop you off it's a mission because they drive everyone to there actual spot. Not time efficient at all. Not to mention they ran out of parking spots so they parked me in the back in the grass dirt area and my car was disgusting when I returned. I will say that the driver was extremely nice upon my return and loaded my luggage into my car. read more

Okay service- however a bus that had plenty of room took the time to stop, open the door, and tell us a different bus would pick us up after we had run over to their spot and waved them down. This lot used to have great service. About 6 months ago they cut back on their number of vans in an effort to save costs. Now their vans make you wait 20-25 minutes before they pick you up. I spoke to the manager and she said that they had to cut back and that she was sorry for the longer wait times. read more

I've parked here multiple times over the years, and the service and experience is great each and every time. At $5.99 a day, it works out to be a great deal (even with taxes added on). What keeps me coming back here is the great service. These guys are quick to pick you up (even in the dark morning hours), and quick to pick you up. Each time I go, even though the driver has never met me, he knows the car I drive just by me telling him the space number. It is little things like that, plus the great price, that keep me coming back here. read more

Horrible customer service. Ticket agent doesn't communicate how she calculated the fee she's charging your card until it's done then when it's a mistake she doesn't communicate how it is fixed. There are currently 2 charges on my credit card. I will monitor closely to ensure the refund goes through. Speaking more than. 2 words to customers is required for this job. I have used them many times before but the most recent three times I've encountered problems. It horrible! Okay to be fair the parking and ride to the airport are fine they just don't want to pick you up. On four separate occasions I had to call and they make you wait 10 minutes which isn't bad until you watch multiple busses come and go from their competitors. When the bus finally arrives they make you wait for 15 minutes until the bus is full before they'll leave. Another time the driver left the truck and disappeared for at least 15 minutes or so. So many better choices. Don't take my word for it try it for yourself and post your experience. read more

I have used them several times now, and experience has been good. In my last trip, I had printed a coupon off of their website right before my trip, but I had not check the date on it. At check out, it seems that the coupon was expired but they lady still gave me a discount, which was great! I think they should have some exit directions in their lot. I was exiting late at night and was at the very end corner of their lot and was able to navigate to the exit because I have visited their lot several times, but I suspect that new people would have a difficulty finding their way out at night. read more

The wait for the pick up after arriving at MCO was not too bad, but the driver was absolutely terrible. He was very reluctant to load the bags. He then asked everyone to hold tight for five minutes once we were all in the van. I watched as he walked away and lit up a cigarette. So he made us wait in the van where the air conditioning was not working well, while he smoked a cigarette. The drive on the way back could not have been any slower. We were in the middle lane on 436 while everyone else passed us. It was obvious he was delaying his return to put off when he would have to pick up a bag for a passenger when we arrived. After having a horrible experience with Spirit Airlines, I returned to the parking lot after just under 7 hours at the airport. I only had to wait about a minute to be picked up as a bus was already on its way to the airport when I called in. As I was leaving the parking lot, the man working the booth noticed how short of a time I had been parked there and asked what happened. I simply told him that my flight had to be canceled and he immediately waived the charge, which would have been just over $10. I spent 4 hours dealing with Spirit's customer service and will never fly with them again. I spent less than 2 minutes talking with the man at Park, Bark, and Fly, and I left their lot as a loyal customer. That's what excellent customer service will get you!!! read more

The actual parking service was average, but I checked out with a printed 10% coupon from their website and the cashier seemingly ignored it, because no discount was included and I was charged the full price. I didn't realize this until after I had gotten home, unfortunately, as after a night of traveling, I just wanted to get out of there. I would have gone with another whose price would have been the same after a coupon BUT for covered parking, not open air. I feel cheated, but I should have paid attention at the time. read more

Would give them ZERO stars if I could as this was a complete bait and switch. I reserved a spot prior to my trip out on the June 16 at the price of $52. Then when I returned a week later and went to check out the woman at the booth told me the charge would be $71.34. when I showed her my reservation and the rater I was quoted, she said that the rates went up on June 11 and that there was nothing she could do for me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never use them again, and would encourage anyone reading this to NOT USE this third rate facility to park your vehicle. read more

DO NOT PARK HERE! Worst service ever! The Spanish lady that picked us up in a converted school bus was rude and would not take us to Terminal B she told us to get off the bus and walk from terminal A to terminal B because it would save her time. Also the bus ride there was unsafe and atrocious! My husband had whiplash from the speeding up and braking. Absolutely the worst do not park here save yourself the hassle. It may be worth it to spend a couple of pennies more to get dropped off to your terminal and avoid the rudeness of these people. They clearly do not give a damn. read more

Parked here for 1 month December 2012. Left January 2013. Paid upfront for 3 months. They started charging me monthly April 2013- August 2013 even though I never came back and had paid for more than the time I was there. Disputed these charges thru my credit card company and they were reversed. They have charged me monthly the past 3 months- August 2014-October 2014. I have to dispute the charges every month. I haven't been near the place since January 2013! What is wrong with these people? Do not give them your credit card info, or check your statement for extra charges! read more
