They help incredibly with this. I get daily pictures of their walks, and a log of the route they take. It makes me feel as if I'm right there with them. Without hearing Jeff recite made up Haikus of the various foliage changes during the season. So, I highly recommend Go Go. I was paying for a 30 minute walk, but noticed two times it was closer to 9 minutes. My dog and I gave them the benefit of the doubt until it happened again at 11 minutes. RoNae was unable to refund me and just apologized. My worry was for the people that do not have anyway of timing them. My main reason for sharing this is for the animals. I always want the best care for mine and I believe this company is NOT the best option.

On a holiday and with a 7-hour time difference, we had to make other arrangements for our dogs. Happy Tails not only answered my texts first thing in the morning Dallas-time but they allowed my brother to drop off our dogs, even though they were closed. I had no idea how long my dogs would be there but they assured me the dogs could stay as long as we needed them to. We were in communication throughout the week as the repair status for our AC changed and Happy Tails was so responsive and accommodating. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to my puppy, who thoroughly enjoys her time with the staff and the other dogs! They even celebrate birthdays! I really appreciate that they have the dogs on a regimented schedule instead of confined to one playroom room all day. The dogs have personal time, indoor play, and outdoor play time (each with similar sized dogs). For personal time, each dog has a roomy open-air suite with food/water bowls, a bed, and toys (if you opt to pack them in their daycare bag). For flat-faced breeds like mine, they provide slanted bowls. Although there aren't livestream cameras, the team posts photo dumps to the Facebook group every afternoon (see examples)! Also worth noting, the team is quick to flag any upcoming vaccination needs or behavior changes. They keep a very close eye on the dogs. Lastly, the hours they offer are unmatched. Drop-off opens at 7:30am and pick-up closes at 7:45pm. In summary - The attention to detail that the staff has is exemplary, and their patience and love for dogs fosters a tail-wag inducing environment!

Every business has had to adapt and adjust the way they interact with their customers, patients, or whatever. Going from normal to locked down there was no time to prepare and is a learning process for everyone. Even customers have had to adapt. We had never dropped Tate off by himself for an appointment at a Vet before. Always stayed while vet did examination/shots. I can only imagine how confusing all of the new covid protocols are for pets and owners. Metro has taken care of Tate and treated him and us (his overly protective dads) very kindly. And with compassion. The communication at metro was lacking a little at the beginning but they have more than made up for it. We lost (Zero) about 4 years ago after a friends, much larger, dog bit him dog on the head. Zero was only 5 when it happened. We got Tate shortly after he had to put Zero down. Unfortunately because of that we are a bit overly protective with him. We had gone to Metro a couple times in the past and never had an issue. The 2 previous visits, years ago, were great.

After treating our cat with that medication Walter felt really bad, started to hide like he is about to die. I cut the prescribed dose in half and gave him also not every day how that doctor said, but every other day, and still he felt bad. She prescribed him 2.5 mg twice a day. Then started to give him 2.5 once a day, the 2.5 mg every second day. But he felt worse and worse. Before that treatment Walter would run occasionally around a house, like all cats do. But not anymore after that deadly treatment. In March 2025 Walter passed away.
