Weak group. They show up late and leave pee on the floor. Highly recommend using another service.

The dog runs have a door that can be raised for the dogs to go out in a field to run and do their business then the dog comes back to in dog run so the staff doesn't even have to touch him perfect place for my dog. When I first went in I said do y'all keep aggressive dogs and I said yes we do. I was very excited to find a place for Kujo. I went back to see where they kept them, and they showed me the door that goes out to the field for them to run. I was so happy. I explained to the staff not to pet Kujo because he doesn't like other people, he's just likes me and my wife, but they decided they need to be able to handle him and pet him. The one boy that works there, I guess he's a man got a little scratch on his arm when he was screwing with Kujo so when I called back about three or four months later, he said they can't keep him because they can't handle him. They have a great place. They just need to train their staff. Even though they have the perfect pace for working dogs that you cant pet they're not trained at all to handle those types of dogs. The boy in the picture below is the boy that caused all the problem, and he lied to me about being there when I picked my dog up. Not one word about his little scratch. They have one male that works there his name is Cole. He is in the picture below feeding Kujo a treat by hand. I had a deal with Cole and other staff to tip them $200 if they send me pictures of Kujo in the field getting his running. We are still trying to find a good place for our baby since his trainer retired. From the Pappy's manager Dee, I appreciate your reply and insight regarding your experience at our facility. I will keep it in mind. We completely understand Kujo's personal space preferences and our team accommodated for that during his previous stays. However, this is not a feasible option going forward as our staff does have to be able to handle any pets in our care. I have reminded our team of our policies for accepting pets to avoid any future uncertainty on the matter. I have also reviewed the footage and can confirm. The employee present was adhering to Kujo's boundaries when Kujo approached the employee first and bit his arm. The bite did break skin but did not require medical attention which I believe is also part of why you were not informed during Kujo's stay in February. I have discussed the correct procedures for customer communication with our guest service reps because sharing pertinent information like this should never be missed. Thank you again. We had used Matt for several years and everything was fine until recently. We have 2 large dogs…read moreand we asked Matt to walk our dogs 3 times per day when we went away for a few days in March. When we returned we noticed a strong smell of urine in the house. Our dogs are housebroken and never have accidents while we are home so I suspected they had not been walked very much while we were gone. There was no proof so we chalked that up to one bad experience and moved on. When we went on a trip earlier this month we asked Matt to watch and walk our dogs while we were away. All was confirmed by text on a Tuesday before we departed on Thursday. A check for the full amount was left. We had asked Matt to walk the dogs 3 times per day while we were gone. We also asked Matt to send us a text following the first visit to confirm all was OK. When we arrived at our destination several hours later we had not received a text from Matt. I sent a text to Matt but got no response. I called and left a message-no response. At that point we became very concerned so we called some neighbors to check on our dogs. They confirmed the check had been picked up but they could not tell if the dogs had been walked or fed so they did both. We were told our dogs relieved themselves many times during this walk so I don't believe they were walked earlier. Over the course of the next 2 days we tried to contact Matt many times with no response. During this time several of our neighbors came to our house to feed and walk the dogs and no one ever saw Matt walk the dogs. They did see his truck outside our house once for approximately 15 minutes. On Saturday morning one of our neighbors left a note in our house with our phone numbers asking Matt to call if/when he came to the house. During this time we located and hired another sitter on an emergency basis to avoid imposing on our neighbors. We finally received a call from Matt approximately 8 hours later on Saturday evening telling us his phone was broken. Since we had completed an application with our contact information before ever hiring Matt I was not satisfied with that excuse. I advised Matt we had hired another sitter to care for our dogs for the remainder of our trip. There has been no contact with Matt since then. When we arrived home we went to our neighbor's home to thank them in person for helping us. At that point they showed us a very disturbing video. In this video we see an unidentified woman leaving our home in what appeared to be only a towel. Matt leaves about 5-10 seconds later and then they drive off. To say we were amazed is an understatement. I am not sure what is going on with Matt but I have a real problem with the neglect of our dogs and the apparent total disregard for our property. I have a real problem with strangers being brought into our house while we are away. We have now had all of our locks changed and our security system updated so we are never in this situation again.

However Jill did an awesome job at keeping my nerves at bay (sorry for the really long list I left you!!). Communication before and during the time we were away was really good; and I looked forward to my daily updates on how they were doing. Although our cats were struck with a sudden shy streak and would hide from her when she came in; they were eating and drinking normally so they clearly weren't missing us that much! It was also nice to come home to our mail in a nice neat pile and our trash ready to be picked up. We would definitely use Jill again; and now that we have someone we know we can rely on; we will probably travel more often!

During her consultation with us Jill gave multiple suggestions of ways to feed and give him fluids while always emphasizing to check with our vet to be sure any food changes would be okay. Jill is an angel and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a caring and knowledgeable pet sitter.

We refused to give up on the new guy, but life was rough (ruff wouldv'e been preferred - ha!). We opted for 5 days of reverse boarding and our trainer was Sammi. She was a great addition to the family for those 5 days. Things aren't perfect - but she helped highlight some of the behaviors we were exhibiting that added to the problem. She also spent time with all three pups to train them some important basics and get them used to taking instruction. There's a lot of hard work ahead of us still, but we have the tools now. I suspect we'll continue the occassional private lesson or training/dog sitting so we keep up the good progress.

The puppy socialization classes have been amazing for teaching the basics and allowing the pup to make friends and learn to play properly. We also grabbed two reverse board and train packages with Sammi to work on our dogs fear of neighborhood walks, reactivity, and excessive barking. We have made quite a bit of progress with Sammi's help. She has been so helpful increasing our Puppy's confidence and giving us the tools and advice to continue to improve in the areas he has been struggling. The barking indoors is now about 90% under control and his fear outside has improved quite a bit. We still have a bit to go with the little pup but we are continuing to work with Sammi to make this dog a certified good boy. The puppy also adores her and is super excited each time Sammi comes over for a session. Karma dog has been great for us and we will continue to go to their puppy and obedience classes. Give Sammi a massive raise because she deserves it will all her awesome work.
