This office is convenient to my home. Making an appointment was easy. The waiting room was very cozy and welcoming. I visited for a regular cleaning and it was the most comfortable visit of my life. I didn't know it was possible to not be clenched an entire visit at the dentist. I had a great conversation with both the hygienist and the dentist and appreciated that they had such fantastic bedside manner. I felt cared for and appreciated versus like I was going to be scolded at the dentist which made this the most enjoyable experience ever.

I was completely freaked out and embarrassed. They were so kind and sweet to me I was so grateful. I also brought my 5 year old daughter there for her first dentist experience a year and a half ago and again they were amazing with her. She was scared and it took FOREVER to get her willing. They never acted like we were inconveniencing their schedule (even though they were busy!). They were all genuine kind people here. AND I love that they are all women! Such a wonderful place. I had a really bad experience with a previous dentist and I shared that with them and all of them would sit eye level with me and actually listen to me and not tell me to just calm down. They all explained each step of the process. Before, with previous dentists I would just sit on my hands and muscle through my tears and trembling so they could do their job uninterrupted ( I know it's annoying sometimes to deal with patients that have anxiety) at Bliss they never made me feel that way at all! They would stop ( without me asking) and help me work on some breathing and ask me if I was okay before resuming. You don't find that kind of customer service easily. However, Dr Downs and her staff continue to impress us. She and her staff have been great for routine checkup and cleanings. The front desk is always responsive and very welcoming. I am always consulted about my home care but am never shamed. I have had very simple cavity fillings and cleanings. I go regularly for cleaning and my hygienist is always thorough and kind. I would suggest booking appointments out before your next appointment because they typically have availability for my next appointment every 7 months instead of 6. When I do need a filling or additional services they can get me in pretty quickly. I see Dr. Hagen he is focused and knowledgeable.
