As soon as we went into the examination room, the nurse had a magical way of making my daughter feel comfortable and not scared about being there. During each step with the X-rays and teeth cleaning process the nurse also made feel at ease that my daughter, their patient was their number one priority and made it very easy for me to understand everything that was going on. When the dentist Dr. Han arrived, he explained what our options were and made his recommendation however, he was not at all pushy about my decisions, which I thought was great. I chose to do a silver crown for my daughter as what the dentist recommended because I felt the dentist was thinking for the best interest of my daughter. I was more in a nervous wreck than my daughter, who with the help and comforting encouragements from both the dentist and the nurse, did so great! If you are south of the cities and need a pediatric dentist, please look no further! I highly recommend Dr Han and his staff for being able to make a child feel so at ease, for the wonderful services and just for the fact that they make you feel like you are family.

I went to this clinic for a "pre op" physical. I would assume that they would bill a routine…read morephysical on my insurance plan which is covered 100 percent each year. The "pre op physical" consisted of this: about 12 minutes of the doctors time which included sitting on the computer writing notes and ordering an EKG and labs. She listened to my heart, lungs and looked down my throat. About a 2 minute or less exam. (My estimating time is generous). A nurse took a blood pressure. I was charged 417.00 for this visit. Doesn't include the EKG or the labs which are extra and also charged pre op. A total of about 600 dollars and none covered by my insurance because it counts on my deductible. I asked for this to be rebilled under a routine physical which they refused because its "pre op" and they need "special" evaluations done. The labs include a blood count, blood sugar. They did not do a potassium which I found out later was important to my procedure. If this has "special" tests done I would hate to see how they handle a routine physical. I am never going there again, nor my children or anyone else I know.

As soon as you walk in the door they have a giant bus/van that kids can play in which was fun and a good distraction for a nervous kid visiting for their first time. Dr. Brittany was so good with my son. He was nervous and she was so patient with him and got him to let her clean his teeth.

Both offered my son options and kept him engaged by allowing him to play with their tools all of which helped ease his anxiety! I'd also like to add that of the other staff members I came in contact, all had upbeat attitudes and seem to enjoy their job! I had a really bad experience with a previous dentist and I shared that with them and all of them would sit eye level with me and actually listen to me and not tell me to just calm down. They all explained each step of the process. Before, with previous dentists I would just sit on my hands and muscle through my tears and trembling so they could do their job uninterrupted ( I know it's annoying sometimes to deal with patients that have anxiety) at Bliss they never made me feel that way at all! They would stop ( without me asking) and help me work on some breathing and ask me if I was okay before resuming. You don't find that kind of customer service easily. Because of Bliss I'm pain free after 5 years! I will forever be grateful! Everyone is amazing and a god send, from the front desk staff to hygienist and of course Dr. Konop!

If I could give it no stars I would! Customer service is horrible. They filled 2 cavities on two…read moreseparate occasions where both fell out about 3 weeks later... I had to pay out of my own pocket to get them redone. I once had an infection in one of my teeth (the one that had the filling fall out) and they wouldn't do anything about it and told me "I had to wait it out because it should resolve itself" ended up being hospitalized for a week due to the infection getting into my bloodstream. I will never go back there again!
