I was recommended by my parents - so its a family thing! I see Samantha for cleaning - I always wish I could just spend more time talking to her - she's so friendly and easy going. We all know it's impossible to have a meaningful conversation with your hygienist since your mouth is wide open the entire time -- but what I have learned about her, I like! Sam is efficient and thorough and gives excellent/intelligent advice. Dr. Mike is great. I really get the feeling that he cares about me - not just my mouth and teeth, but me! I have pretty good teeth so I haven't had to have a lot of procedures done - he's done a great job on the few things I did need (fillings). His assistant, Liz, is funny and nice too. The two of them have a really fun banter that is entertaining to observe from the chair. The ladies at the front desk are really friendly and efficient too. They are great at helping to navigate insurance policies! The office is conveniently located at University and Broadway in NE Minneapolis. There is always parking available in their dedicated lot, and despite it being at this busy intersection, it is easy to get in and out. They are rude, condescending, and acted like it was our fault that one of our children needed dental work when we floss and brush twice a day and eat a healthy low sugar and no gluten diet. I do not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. Do NOT pay for anything and submit the claim later with this group, or just do not go to them!!

I am in Southern Calif and this office is in Minnesota and turns out there are at least a dozen other people that had this happen to them that reported it on yelp though yelp is removing those also. This actually happened and I reported it to BofA Fraud dept. Yelp is helping bad business practices by removing complaints of actual fraud committed by the business or by an employee of that business. I am MOTIVATED by personal experience as shown below. I've had more horrifying experiences than pleasant ones at the dentist, which include some pretty suspect procedures involving root canals and my wisdom teeth. So horrible, in fact, that I suspect that the previous dentists I've had probably have their licenses revoked by now, if they're not already in prison for incompetence and cruelty. Dr. Gorman and his staff have always been very understanding and have catered to my mistrust from bad experiences, and he's extremely knowledgable when it comes to recommendations on what you actually need. These guys will genuinely do what's best for you and your health, and that type of focus on the patient is hard to come by. Also a big plus for giving me personalized advice on preventative care. I'm finally on a daily floss/brush/mouthwash regimen that actually works for me and keeps my mouth clean and healthy. One more big plus because he's a big baseball guy, allowing me to have a friendly heated debate about something that isn't just about my teeth.
