Incredibly overpriced in my opinion along with other electrician company I contacted. But honestly that wasn't the main issue. This was maybe the most annoying and oddest consultation of my life. From the very beginning I was being very clear that I only wanted my outlets replaced, nothing else. I reiterated this verbally in person. The technician, kept on trying to sell me a membership and additional services. I would say "I just want my outlets fixed" and then he would completely ignore me and go on to sell me about replacing the circuits. This happened over and over again. I would say "please I don't want this service" and then he would just go right back to other services. I actually couldn't believe what was happening. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. For the 4th time, I was again very direct in not wanting any additional work. I literally said "I do not care for anything but the outlets". But he just didn't care and kept going for 15 minutes about working on my panel. Like oh my god, what is happening. It was additionally rude when I told him I was on a time crunch but then he still spent 30-40 mins creating an additional 4 quotes for the work that I insisted I didn't want. They straight up did not care about me and what I wanted. He kept saying I'm the top priority while also completely disregarding what I do not want. If a customer tells you to stop, please stop. I was incredibly upfront with the services that I wanted but this guy was on a mission to charge me $9356. I ultimately didn't continue with this company and reached out to another one who did the work for $300, which was the quote I also received from other electricians in the area. I truly do not know how they justify charging $2807 for only 6 outlets. Listen to the other reviewers. I had the same experience of the worker just looking for upgrades rather than what I called for. He spent nearly 20 minutes analyzing my electrical panels to see where he can charge me additional services after I just told him I only want the outlets. Stop trying to phrase this is for your customers when you blatantly ignore their needs and wants. This was such a weird experience and I lost $89 for the dispatch fee.

They were fastidious in their work and even threw out the empty tv box and fan box for us. Both Ray and Kyle were concerned that I was happy with the end product. They were prompt and responsive in regards to the initial quote; while I don't think they were my cheapest quote, I believe their price was reasonable, and after having the work completed, I'm very satisfied that we had everything done as quoted. In our initial walk-through, I was able to ask questions about potential projects and cost-benefit of various options, which was helpful as we had just purchased this home and had a lot of work to get done (and to prioritize). I prefer to do as much online as possible, and received quotes and final invoices via email; I was able to reach the owner via email or phone without a problem, and when leaving a voice message or sending an email, received a response within a reasonable amount of time (I believe within a business day in all cases). They worked around other vendors as needed during a very hectic week or two (we had movers in and out, plumbers, electrician, flooring, drywall/painters, etc); very professional. We plan to use them again when we next have some electrical work in our home repairs budget! UPDATE OCT 2013 Needed some exterior lights replaced - was able to schedule a visit within a few days. All lights replaced but one -- which was missing some hardware from the package! Tony just told me to give him a call when I had the item exchanged, and as long as I was flexible, he could swing by between other jobs (for no additional fee). [I'm also located very close to their office/main address, so it isn't an out of town / long distance drive.
