Our recent stay at Radisson Park Inn Brussels was unfortunately far from the amazing experience I had hoped for. While the customer service was not terrible, it fell short of being anywhere near exceptional. Several issues left me feeling inconvenienced and disappointed.
We had made two separate reservations and kindly requested that they be joined together for ease of access. However, the hotel staff failed to fulfill this simple request, repeatedly coming to our door and calling us to tell us it's time to check out, while we were trying to sleep in.
The inconvenience of having to go down to the front desk to have our key re-done was not the relaxing experience we had anticipated
After we spoke to someone at the front desk and despite placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, they entered our room while we were sleeping.
Also, the bed & pillow were very uncomfortable.
Compared to other Radisson Inns we have stayed at, this one was undoubtedly lacking in multiple aspects.
The lackluster customer service, housekeeping mishap, and uncomfortable beds and pillows make this particular hotel fall short of what one would expect from the Radisson brand. For future visits to Brussels, I will be exploring alternative accommodations.
On a positive note, the location of the hotel was convenient to the airport. read more
