When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information. Their services have impressed me since the beginning, and I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Keep up the great work, Good Life! I highly recommend them!

If there are issues or updates, they email, text, and/or send info via owner web portal. Savannah has been our point of contact at Good Life. She is the best! Very friendly and always follows up with our questions/requests. We've had a few repairs that our tenants needed. Chi (Maintenance coordinator) handled them smoothly and kept me informed. Again, great communication. Love the financial summary (and receipt) at end of year for our tax accountant. Documents are nicely arranged on the owner web portal. Love it. And...always like Steve's informative emails and YT videos on regulations and tips.

The refrigerator is rusted and broken. There are holes in the toilet where bolts should be. The shower heads are rusted and leak. There are no duvet covers on the comforters in the kids bedroom. The comforter in the primary bedroom wasn't washed. There are NO extra sheets, pillows or blankets for the beds, even though the website lists these as standard items for all condos. The pots and pans are unsafe to use. There was old underwear left in a drawer from the previous renter. We are extremely upset. We rented this condo for the month of June expecting it to be clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners did the cheapest remodel and bought the cheapest furniture possible. There's not even a poster on the wall. It's depressing to be here. I complained to the Company and they said they were working on getting the items fixed. I requested to move to a different location, but they don't want to accommodate. They would rather make someone wait. These are things that should be taken care of before someone shows up. There is no accountability there. We paid $18,000 for the month and now we are stuck here. I would rather be in a hotel. If rental companies like this want to exist, they need to have standards like Air B and B or VRBO. At least the owners on those websites are reviewed and you know what you're getting. I do not recommend renting from this company.

Neighborhood was fantastic with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Whatever you desire they will find it. Best part was the move out. Easy inspection and security deposit was returned without so much as a blink of the eye. Cleaning fee was super reasonable. Bottom line: if you are seeking a rental this is the company to go with. So much for transparency. Owner of this property now has to lose out on several months rent. We have been renting in Coronado for over three years with a clean rental record. Having just retired from State Department with decades of service to our country the esponse i received from Cresmont Property Managemet was unexpected. I would encourage both owners and renters to stay away from Cresmont property management. I'll do the same.

All dumpsters on the property overflow daily, and the property has rats. Staff claim people intentionally overflow dumpsters, and post signs instructing residents to use a different dumpster if one is full, but they're all full. I have photos I've taken daily to prove staff is complicit in maintaining status quo despite overflow and rats. Residents cannot open windows due to the smell.

It was disaster from the beginning, right through until even after we left. To be fair, the unit was not prepared to be rented. The plumbing was defective a good share of the time; we used plungers in tub and shower; the light fixture series in bath went out completely for five days before repair; the freezer malfunctioned, melting on the floor; handymen came and went at will to assemble furniture, remove furniture; requests made for repairs were slow at response; the washer and dryer completely broke down. We waited a month for it to be replaced. It never was....oh....until five hours after our final departure. The inconceivable event though, was our parking spaces, which were occupied by Management, as they rented out their own spaces. Jamie had an excuse for each event, naturally redirecting blame. I was was almost embarrassed to listen the excuses being manufactured, as he presented them. It was almost a desperate situation for him, as he realized and admitted the fiasco we had lived through. I have certainly learned not to fall for glowing reviews, that he had accumulated. We have now experienced interaction with Downtown Condo Guys and would never, ever recommend to anyone to experience the same. I would have no problem sharing all details, photos, dates, etc., with anyone interested for substantiation.
