Communication was poor, the tenant they found would frequently pay late and left a lot of damage when he moved out, there were multiple mistakes made on expenses they charged me, it definitely felt like they did not care about me or managing my property well. If you are an owner I would not recommend using them to manage your property. read more

Owners ask for actual bills from providers. I was billed for AC work done on another unit. Then I was billed $6,052.81 as a close out, when contested I was actually DUE $2300+. Then a poor cleaning job and poor inspection. read more
