Like ceil phone roaming fees, such convenience fees are supposed to be a thing of the past. And, with CAM, they were, until recently, a new payment portal through a third party and...voilà...a new fee emerges. Your community residents deserve better. In 2026 online payment fees should be considered antiquated. *********************************************************** I'm editing my original review to respond to CAMs response. I think offering community members multiple ways to pay their HOA dues is great. What I find egregious is the discriminatory practice of singling out one of those methods with a processing fee. I've told one of your employees I'm simply not comfortable with any of those other methods and wish to continue to pay as I always have. It's the same way I pay all my bills and none of my other creditors see fit to charge me. CAM is the extraordinary exception. Anyway, I've made my case and I can only hope there are others who feel the same as me and will offer some pushback against, what I believe to be, a superfluous and unjust fee.
