There is a Kum and go .4 mi away but that's still pretty inconvenient. Right now it looks like there is only street parking and there is one open parking spot and one handicapped spot open. There's another parking lot on the car side but it is blocked off because of all the construction. So, make sure the kiddos all go to the bathroom before you head out and you'll have a great time!

There is street parking all along the park, except for the south side. To the east of it there is a decent size parking lot. All parking is free. AMENITIES: This park has bathrooms and drinking fountains located at the bathroom building. There are also plenty of benches and tables, most aren't covered, but there is a big table by the playground that is shaded. PLAYGROUND: Their is a large playground at this park. The entire playground is enclosed by a fence, which is awesome!! Keep your kids trapped inside haha. There are two gates to get in and has a lock that is difficult for kids to open. The fence definitely helps make you feel more secure that your kid isn't wandering off into the street or to a stranger haha. Obviously you should be watching your kid, but those little ones can be fast. There are two separate play structures. One is aimed at younger kids and the other at older kids. My almost 3 year old likes to play at both. There are also swings next to the smaller kid playground. Two bucket seats and two regular seats. Inside the playground there are a few benches and tables. One larger table is under a cover, great for shade! In the summer I felt that the playground didn't get too hot because there are some big trees surrounding the play structures, so it helped a lot for the slides and parts of the play structure to not get too hot. Unique for the history of the Butterfield Railyard and downtown Rogers but it's also next to some a busy street on the other side. A trash truck drove by and crop dusted us with some strong trashy smell. The playground has a bunch of hills and climbing obstacles/tunnels. Benches surround the playground. The park is lined with recycled rubber, so it's soft and didn't get hot under the baking sun. The splash pad beneath the three faux water towers were fun as well. Each water tower has its own personality. On the other end you'll find a retired and renovated train crane around a playground with elevated slides and a lookout tower. Beyond that the Butterfield amphitheatre where I bet they host some concerts and festivals on the weekends and holidays. The City of Rogers made good use of a the historic railroad space. As the trees grow in and up, there will be more shade and I bet when as the fall approaches, more people will come to this park. We had time to kill before we could checkin, so the first place all my girls ventured towards was the creek. Osage Creek, a brisk walk from our parking spot, had water snakes, fish, and small black crayfish - yet none of this bothered my kids or our dog. It was so dang hot on July 24, 2025 that the kids walked barefoot in the creek and the dog plopped down on her belly for a break. Lol. A walking path, public restrooms, and playground were nearby. Free parking. Trash free. The only thing that caught us off guard was when an unleashed dog rushed over to my leashed canine. The owner was slow to respond yet apologetic. Huge fan.

The pass is actually an all day pass. Which means we could have come in the morning and then left and then come back again. I LOVE THIS. My daughter still takes several naps, so it is good to know we can go home and nap and eat and then come back! The playground has something for all children. It has infants-7ish I would say. They are divided by sections but at the same time everything is connected so your one year old and your 5 year old are playing in the same place, still in their age appropriate sections. My daughter had a lot of fun in the 0-3 year old section. She tried to explore around but she always found herself back to the 0-3 year old section. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They are always going around cleaning which making everything really nice for the children and the parents. My only thing is that the play area is a sock only section but then the workers walk in the play area with their shoes...so that's kind of funny but whatever. It costs $8 for a day pass and then you can get $20 play pass for 3 plays which I think is really nice! I believe they have a month subscription but I am not sure. For the adults there is tables and a coffee/cafe bar which is really nice. If you are coming for a party I think that have two party rooms, but I know for sure there is one. Can't wait to come back!

Overall, it is a good park. I'm not a huge fan of the general area. I don't feel unsafe or anything being there, but still not a huge fan. (Parked just outside the fence near right field.) Long story short, we are COVERED in Chigger Bites!!!! This was the only place where both of us had gotten out of the truck together at the same place other than home. So it is obvious the parasites came from the park grounds. How absolutely ridiculous that you can have such a beautiful park that is infested with parasites!!!

It is across the street from the Amazeum off of J street. There is a large parking lot for the park. You will have no problem finding parking! Well, unless there is some large happening, in general you should be good. AMENITIES: The park has bathrooms and drinking fountains. There is also a covered picnic table area. Along the pathway of the pond/fountain there are benches as well. PARK: This is a pretty large park. My daughter loves playing by the pond and I have to constantly convince her it is not a good idea to go swimming in the water haha. There is a large field where there are wildflowers. There is a pathway you can walk through it. There are a lot of concrete walkways to walk around the pond/park. The landscape around the park is nicely maintained and generally there are beautiful flowers as well, unless it is winter :( haha. Great park!!
