Tried to get in 10 minutes before closing and the Dr was already leaving. They had their clocks set 5 minutes early and they all left 5 minutes before close. Clearly they don't care about their jobs and were ready to be done. Don't waste your time. read more

Took a hour to be called just to fill out inpatient paperwork, lobby was dirty and smelled bad, allowed patients to horse around, coughing everywhere. They are "short staffed" is the reasoning the office manager told me it took a hour for someone to ask why I came in and fill out my paperwork just to be seen. read more

Tested positive for RSV. The doctor didn't even want to administer the test, I had to ask multiple times. Finally get tested and it comes back positive. After testing positive for RSV they gave me a note (for work) to work from home for the next 6 days while I quarantine. 6 days pass and I'm still sick. Ask for another doctors note to be extended for one day, since I am still sick and cannot go into the office. They refuse, saying I must come back in to see the doctor and pay $$ again so they can extend the note for one day. Terrible service and policies that just don't make sense. Not a good combo. Shouldn't be stingy with a doctors note for a HIGHLY contagious sickness. Definitely will not go back. read more

Very disappointed in the care my son received today at their facility. My son went in running a high fever they tested him for Covid and when that came back negative they did not do anything else for him but prescribe him some antibiotics for no reason to tell me that if these don't help within a couple days come back then he has to have Covid. Took him home and his fever spiked up again to 104 and he started puking I took him to the emergency room where they tested him for more then just Covid and turns out he has rsv and the doctor said he never even needed to be put on antibiotics especially when they never diagnosed him with anything for him to be on antibiotics. Instead of trying to test him for other things they just kept assuming it was Covid. read more

You are taking your life into your own hands here. The "doctor" tried to prescribe me a cough suppressant which, given my known hypertension, would have caused me to have a stroke. When I pointed this out to him he said "good call." He also prescribed me an antibiotic that I later learned should not be taken with my hypertensive drugs. read more

Dont ever go here with high thoughts because the receptionists that greet you are rude af and give the nastiest looks to everyone that walks in. You'll feel as if they don't want to help you just from the vibes, the only good thing I do have to say is about the doctor who is ALWAYS in such a great and nice mood no matter what you're dealing with. read more

Sitting in the waiting room around 1030am on April 10, 2018 and hear the receptionist say to another employee: "At least you're not pregnant. Enough of that. Hopefully it's not contagious. We don't need any more pregnant people around here. Actually, I'm pregnant. Didn't know how to tell you guys. I'm 3 months (Sarcastic tone). This guy got me pregnant. Fast! I was in and out in 65 minutes! On a Sunday! Friendly staff from the front desk, medical assistant, Dr. & pharmacy! I called in advanced to see how 'busy' and they told me not too busy, so I got over there quickly and was seen (new patient) with within 20 minutes! This is a great urgent care. I came in feeling like crap(it's like the third time I've had sinus/throat upper respiratory infection in probably a few months). The office is clean, the staff is professional and friendly, reasonable wait time, and most of all I was very happy with the doctor. Dr. Abdel-fattah was very caring and thorough, making sure he did everything he could to make sure I'm healthy amd explained what I could do to improve my health further. read more

So when I first walked in the first nurse or medical assistant I spoke to was rude made me very uncomfortable.. the medical assistant at the front desk was nice and apologetic for her rudeness and my overall care was ok. But the rude M.A. kept talking about me to others like I couldn't hear or see her. Just disappointed overall probably won't come back. You should feel safe and comfortable in this setting and I felt awkward and uncomfortable the entire time. Disappointing to say the least. read more

The receptionist was very condescending and the medical assistant was extremely unfriendly. The doctor was obviously in a big hurry and rushed through the exam. He immediately offered several pain medications and rushed me out the door. I later found out at a follow up with my own pcp that the urgent care doctor overlooked an infection. This place is a fucking joke! Why stay open till 9pm if your going to stop accepting patients at 8?? And if your going to stop taking patients at 8 post it on your website or on the sign,or the door. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I went there. I have never been to an Urgent Care before..I thought it was odd they wanted my money up front and thought it was expensive but I had nothing to compare it to. When they took me back to a room they haven't even changed the paper on the table, so I'm guessing they didn't wipe anything down either. When the doc came in, he briefly looked at my throat ( I had a very sore throat all night..couldn't swallow and it hurt to talk) said "eh, not so bad..make sure you finish the antibiotics" and walked out. He didn't tell me what I had, didn't ask me any questions, didn't do any other tests, didn't recommend anything... THEN they make you fill your Rx there without an option. Im sure I paid double for my prescription than if i went to a drugstore. read more

They just guess at what your deductible is and says that if the over charge you they will send you a refund check?! I highly doubt that.
