Also received and itemized break down of cost associated with our security deposit and showed we should receive $45 back. However after they rented the apt they mysteriously had more fees associated. Also they will not refund the last 2 days of rent while the new tenant had already moved in. They made sure to soak up all of the deposit to fit their needs for more money obviously. Despite being a good tenant who always paid on time, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this apartment complex.
