Also received and itemized break down of cost associated with our security deposit and showed we should receive $45 back. However after they rented the apt they mysteriously had more fees associated. Also they will not refund the last 2 days of rent while the new tenant had already moved in. They made sure to soak up all of the deposit to fit their needs for more money obviously. Greedy and self servicing narcissists run this place IMO

They misclassified my lease three times, causing confusion and unexpected charges. After I identified their mistakes, they gave me a so-called "free month," which I never requested, and now they are requiring me to pay that back. Communication was almost nonexistent--my last email was ignored for three weeks, while other community emails were sent out promptly. Despite being a good tenant who always paid on time, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this apartment complex.

I emailed the mgt (They NEVER call me back when I req) & they're outright denying (This is a fair housing violation & discrimination) avail. This is a Fair Housing issue & absolute bullshit. I'm going to file a complaint now w/Attorney General, as well as BBB until this is resolved.
