I needed a part to go between a F20 mask and the ResMed mini air, and they had no problem filling it. They seemed well supplied and the person there knew her stuff. I thought I might need the whole hose kit, but she knew the part by description, and sold me just the needed part. read more

I have been getting my CPAP supplies from Parkcrest Medical since 2017 (so 7 years now). They have ALWAYS been helpful: they are very familiar with the CPAP machines and equipment, they can always explain what is covered by my insurance and how often (CPAP supplies have difference coverages - filters & nasal pillows every month; tubing every 3 months, etc...) so they keep me on track with what I need to order and when if I forget or have lapsed in keeping my own records up to date. When I wanted to get a travel CPAP, they were excellent at showing me the options and immediately got me the model I selected. I started out working with Erica and then have been working with Jen for several years now. They have always been so professional and kind. Anytime I need anything, I email or call Jen and she responds immediately and also can usually have my order ready for pickup by next day; sometimes same day. If I order something that is out of stock, she gives me an availability estimate and contacts me when it arrives (that has not happened often but Jen stays on top of it until I get what I need). They do a good job filing with my insurance and answering any questions I may have on any statements I get. I am thrilled with the service I have received from Parkcrest. Thrilled! I've been a CPAP user for over a decade and I've never particularly liked dealing with medical supply companies. My usual experience is they really aren't listening to what you want, and are going to try to deliver what they can to get maximum insurance billing. I felt that with Parkcrest their first priority was responding to what I wanted. First off, the turnaround on the machine was insane. My doctor wrote the prescription Monday afternoon. I had my new machine Thursday. Every other time I've gotten a machine from a medical supply company it's taken weeks to get it. My appointment was with Jen. I was asking questions about pressure settings and remote access and other details, and she was 100% responsive to my concerns. (Don't worry if you're new to this. I bet she'd do a great job explaining how it all works.) The product I received (Resmed AirSense 10 Auto with AirFit N20 mask) is an excellent, premium product. It's ages advanced over the greater-than-5-year old Respironics I was using. They are dealing with all the insurance stuff, making that easy too. The one caution I have is that if you are paying out-of-pocket and are on a limited budget, you may find them pricey. I recommend Parkcrest if you are looking for top-notch product and top-notch service. read more

These people are amazing! I called to ask for help programming a machine that had been given to my mom. Hers was lost in hurricane Harvey. I spoke to Claudia and she said we could come right over. She took care of everything quickly & professionally. She fitted mom with a new mask & when we tried to pay they would not accept payment. God put it on her heart to provide this all for free & her office approved this without hesitation. I have no words to say how thankful I am and so is my mom who had such a rough year. Yes, this place is expensive, but it's not just a medical supply store, they also provide education on how to use the products, spending tons of time with every client that comes in the door to make sure they fully understand the ins and outs of their equipment and proper usage. You will not get that kind of service at a normal medical supply store. And knowing how to properly use your CPAP machine is important! My husband had to get one recently and we really appreciated all the help and knowledge that was shared with us. Plus, the staff is really friendly and their office feels cozy. read more

Well, my provider sent me to a new place for C-pap supplies, and it was Parkcrest Medical Supply. For starters, they contacted me about getting new supplies and were very accommodating​ with an appointment.​ The location was close to work and very accessible​ from the highway. Upon entering, I was greeted​ promptly and taken care of immediately. They were quite knowledgeable​ with my existing machine and made helpful suggestions about inquiring another one. And, they did not appear to be judgemental​ when they found out how long I used the previuous supplies without changing them. read more

I'm a new customer and they didn't send me home with any supplies. They should've at least included one or two extras at the beginning to avoid running out so quickly. Guess it's my fault for not staying on top if it but I got busy and now my machine isn't registering usage. It says replace filter. Putting the sole responsibility on the person shows they aren't very caring. An advance 3 month supply would have been nice. Time to notify my insurance provider about this complaint. read more

Not A Store! Do not think you are walking into a medical supply store - my guess it is for patience of the adjacent medical practice to pick up over priced CPAP machines. What you will find there is little more than a desk with somebody behind it whom proved to be ignorant. I went there looking to purchase a replacement mask for a CPAP machine that I already own. I explained what i needed, just the mask, and she "informed" me I needed a prescription for a mask, I informed her that I did not having bought these before and that a prescription was only required for the machine and left. From my iphone in I simply purchased one on Amazon in the parking lot. Bottom Line, it is not a medical supply store. Dont waste your time. read more

One of the absolute worst medical supply companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. These people claim on their website to treat patients as "family" and offer the best services but I found out the hard way that this is a lie. Do not let this company fool you into their overpriced medical supplies. They claimed to be going out of their way by shipping me equipment, but that is clearly a service offered according to their website. Of which I also paid $10 for the shipping! (Did I mention that the shipping label also states it was only $5.64?) On top of that, they did not indicate at all what they would be charging me and I had to find out only by scanning my credit card statement. But wait, it gets even worse, I had only ordered one piece of equipment and they ended sending me two extra pieces of overpriced supplies and when I called to see if I could return my items (all completely unopened, even the package) they claimed everything was final sale, which was nowhere near mentioned when we spoke on the phone and also nowhere to be found on their website. Gale, whom I was speaking too was very rude, defensive and condescending. It is a shame Richard no longer works there, because he knew a little something about customer service. I will advise all my friends, family and followers to never do business with this shady company and to make sure to everyone reading this that they should be purchasing their supplies through online retailers because it is much cheaper, faster and way more enjoyable experience than what I had to go through. It is already hard having a debilitating sleep disease such as sleep apnea, but to have businesses like this go out of their way to make a quick buck makes me lose even more sleep at night. read more
