The Drunk Tank is an experience like no other. It's located in the basement of an old jail house in…read moredowntown Rockville. There's nothing fancy about it. Concrete blocks with names written in marker and smells of a musty basement, but the wine flows and the entertainment is like no other. The wine likely is whatever is on sale at Walmart, but I promise it doesn't matter. The bartender, Trina, will make sure you have one hell of a time. She may sit at the piano and play a little song, tell some jokes, or pose you for photo shoots. I've been a couple times now and it's always a great time! If you're in the area, it's a must stop at place!

I don't even know if we got her real name. You get a wine glass and 5 tastes for $12. I think I ended up trying 7 because there were I few I didn't like so she switched them out which was really nice. They do not make any wines themselves. You are just trying various wines which at first was a bummer but it was nice to try some new ones I hadn't had before. We had 2 dry wine people and 2 sweet wine people and they had a lot for us to try. This place is downstairs from an Inn. It's a little dark as it's the basement but once you get used to it it's not bad. You feel like you are in a wine cellar. The only bad thing is there's no restroom. I don't know how or why but there really isn't one you can use. Not fun when you are drinking but luckily the courthouse had theirs open.

Forrest Motel - Partially painted walls with wall heater and air conditioner

I have stayed at a lot of bad motels. And I usually enjoy myself…read more This place is the absolute worst. Worst. Ever. I had trouble with my gas heater thing (wtf? I have never seen this in such a small space) all evening. It's too hot or two cold or out completely. The pilot went out while the gas was on, and I had the owner restart it after I turned it off because I was unable to do so. The owner told me repeatedly that it was IMPOSSIBLE for the pilot to go out on its own, despite that I had just witnessed it, and was really rude about it. At one point I thought the dude was going to hit me in the face for disagreeing with him, and continued to insist that I must have done something to cause it to go out. Ass. The room reeks of gas, to the point that I called another motel to ask if they had space, so if I die from carbon monoxide poisoning tonight, consider this review my parting gift to the world. It's also steamy. In the middle of winter. WHY? The mirrors and windows are covered in condensation, and I haven't taken a shower. Honestly, I'm trying not to breathe much let alone get naked and bathe in this 9th circle of hell. The cable is cutting in and out. Like it's being run in illegally or something; sound goes out, picture shaking, random numbers popping up? Again, why. Lady bugs on the curtains. Highlight of my stay. The shower refuses not to drip. Please stop, shower. Please. Avoid this place. For god's sake, no one deserves this.

We came to Rockville, Indiana for the Covered Bridge Festival. We thought we would stay in town…read more The motel looked older, but didn't look too bad on the outside. We got our room and discovered it was a work in progress. The walls were partially painted a green around the edges over pink walls. The shower had new stone tile with grout smears that were not cleaned off. The heater in the room had instructions of how to light the pilot light. We should have been given instructions. Guess we will be without heat tonight. At least it isn't that cold yet. The door has only a knob lock. No deadbolt or security latch. The walls are paper thin. We can hear what our neighbors are saying. We considered leaving, but don't feel like driving this late in the day. One positive at least the room seems clean. I would advise skipping this motel.
