After careful review I choose to work with Gmwoodworks. The job went along great. He fixed problems that we never saw under the old siding and wrapped the house properly in tyvek. All the while his workmanship and attention to detail were seccond to none. The way he kept us informed on the progress made us feel like we knew what we were looking at.:) The house has new siding and some stone work under the overhang, and now is by far the nicest in the neighborhood. After he completed the siding we had him quote a new deck out back for us. The price was workably so in two weeks times we had a new deck out back. The deck is curved in the front and covered with compostie decking with composite railings and looks beautiful. The whole structure including footings is solid and we don't expect any problems for many, many years to come. He is an extremely talented man and knows what he wants the end product to look like. He even brought a huge granite stone down the hill on a tripod made of cedar branches, just amazing. He also installed a curved cedar hand rail to match the curve of the walkway. I receive many compliments. A few years later Blair did a log addition over my staircase located on the river side, which also enhanced my homes appearance. I highly recommend this talented man.

Employee from here nearly caused a massive accident today on my drive to work (9/24 8am). Cut off…read morethe car in front of me along with the 2 behind me so quick that they spilled items from the back of the work truck all over the road before taking off. We all slammed on our breaks to a complete stop. Car behind me had to come up on my side to avoid slamming into me. I've seen wrecks in front of this place before, I'm assuming this is how they happen. These people should not be out driving around let alone working on people's houses. I will make it a personal mission to dissuade anyone from doing business with these dangerous fools. The driver in question is lucky I was on the way to work, all I'm going to say.
