I can't say enough great things about Anything Off-Road in Lake Havasu, Arizona, and especially Damon, who went above and beyond in a situation where another shop completely failed and left me stranded. I was visiting the area in March 2025 when my Jeep's rear differential blew up--a major issue when you're 1,500 miles from home. I initially trusted Bill Powell at Get it in Gear to repair the axle, which turned out to be a huge mistake! After making me pay the invoice, Bill casually mentioned they just needed to clear a check engine light--except that was a lie. The rear axle was locked up, making the Jeep undriveable on the street. Bill's attitude throughout the process was terrible--not just toward me but also toward his own employees and other customers. Worst of all, when his "repair" failed, he refused to take responsibility, blamed everything else, and left me stranded. This is where Damon and the team at Anything Off-Road saved the day. Within 10 minutes of calling, Damon personally arrived with a trailer and loaded up my Jeep. I asked him to tear into the axle and find the real problem--and he wasted no time. Sure enough, he discovered that Bill at Get it in Gear had assembled the locker incorrectly, causing the locker to be on 100% of the time. Damon even documented everything with photos, showing me exactly what was wrong. To fix it properly, the entire differential had to come apart again, requiring yet another new set of expensive bearings. Throughout the entire process, Damon kept me updated, communicated clearly, and went the extra mile--even performing some additional preventative maintenance while he was under the Jeep. His professionalism, skill, and dedication to doing things the right way were everything that the previous shop lacked. My biggest regret? Not going to Anything Off-Road in the first place! If you need off-road work done in Lake Havasu, don't make the same mistake I did. Skip the hassle and go straight to Anything Off-Road. Their customer service, expertise, and integrity are second to none. They don't just fix problems--they take care of their customers. Highly, highly recommended!

After 12 days I stopped in and was told my parts came in a couple days ago and could pick it up late this afternoon. I called later and was told it was working just had to install the plastic parts. I told them I lived an hour south I would load up my trailer in the morning drop mf wife off at the hospital before 9 am and be at Anderson. When I got to the dealership I was then told the airbox seal was OK ? and the glove box latch was OK. When I got back home and unloaded it the motor sounded a lot louder then normal I checked it out 3 out of the 4 firewall clips were not tightened. Started to install my items in the two gloveboxes and first thing the latch screwed up. Then I notices no USB cord in the small glovebox. Then I looked at the compartment on the passenger side and seen a wire and light wedged in the corner? I can see what I will be doing Saturday because there is no way in hell I would let your so called mechanic touch my machine again. I started pulling the console apart two screws missing from the side one at the back was ready to fall out the tuff Lok rivet missing as I was rerouting the light and installing it I seen a 2 to 3 inch hole in the front cowl Don't know if he pulled it or it fell out in the 850 miles I drove it. I then installed the console put the seats back and started on the small glove box to fish the USB wire back in place the one screw the threads are bad and the other the clip nut and the screw are stripped. I will order these parts from a dealer when I get back to California. Let me tell you a few things about myself I am 81 years old been twisting wrenches since 1960 from lawn mowers to heavy equipment rebuilding transmissions as big as the RZR and three hundred MPH race car motors. Huge props to the Service team at Bradley!…read more Wednesday morning, when bringing my boat to Parker for service before memorial weekend, the check engine light on my 2023 GMC Sierra came on. I had my Dad and two year old son with me. Lucked out and made it to drop the boat off. Drove straight to Bradley Chevrolet. On the way, I got a message saying my acceleration was limited. Arrived and Kim checked us in. They started diagnosing right away. Everyone at the dealership was kind to us as we wandered around to kill time and entertain the little man. After an hour, Kim told me the coolant control valve was bad. They had it in stock but needed to keep the truck 2 nights to fix it. Kim noticed my son, and immediately went to work scrounging up a loaner car so we could go back to the river and have fun. We were so grateful. The next morning I got a call that my truck was ready - ahead of schedule. Picked it up and enjoyed the long weekend on the water. Drove home to So Cal with no issues. I couldn't believe the awesome experience we had in such a relatively remote area - all covered under GM factory warranty. Thank you to Kim Lympany who handled all the arrangements and Mike Bell who did a great job fixing my truck. I'm grateful and so impressed!

It took over a week for them to get it fixed, stating it was a priority. We called and left messages for status updates, only for them to go unanswered. When we finally went to pick the truck up it was like we were a bothering them by showing up. They had us wait for a good 45 minutes before handing us keys, taking our check, then waving us out the door. We didn't get far before finding out there was no antenna for the stereo and a check engine light popped on. Took it back and they cleared the code that the tech forgot to clear, said they'd find the antenna and call us. They lost the antenna, so they're ordering a new one. Weeks later and traveling we find out the tire jack is missing pieces, including the spare tire key. Now we're out the additional cost of getting that addressed not to mention the inconvenience of the entire situation. Wouldn't work with this dealership again, purely based on how we were treated when we went to pick up the truck, not to mention all the other things

He said be there at 8:30 in the morning and I was. After starting the truck up for him he immediately recognized the noise on the left side of the engine, from the front, and it was the main belt tensioner. I asked him to also check the air conditioning belt tensioner, which was also with bad bearings so he replaced both of them. While doing so he discovered the radiator return to the engine block was hardened and brittle and it just snapped in half. So he put a new 3/8" flex hose on there and I was good to go. Arriving back near Quartzite I noticed the engine was running hot. After opening the radiator, I could not see any fluid in my radiator. Under pressure it had leaked out. I put in a half a gallon of water to get to my home location. I called and left a message for Jesse telling him what happened. He text me back shortly and said he could look at it Sunday morning when he was in Quartzite for another job. He got there Sunday morning about 9 o'clock. and repositioned and reclamped the hose and that sealed where it was leaking from. No other issues since then. He did not charge me, which I wasn't expecting him to charge, so that was honesty on his part I felt. I would recommend him for your mechanical needs!
