We also talked on the phone to review everything ahead of time; Lori's commitment to understanding me and getting to know my dog was something I didn't expect but really appreciated. Lori came to my home in Germantown for the photo shoot. She proved to be a total natural at working with my (often stubborn) dog. While she was at my home, we talked about the kinds of pictures I would be interested in - albums? framed photos? wall art?.... I had a few walls where I knew I wanted some pictures and she took photos of these spaces. The photos were exactly what I was looking for; it was difficult to choose! We reviewed the photos together, talked about the products I was interested in purchasing, and sifted through everything together to make the best choices. She made the experience easy when it could have been very overwhelming. What I loved the best was that she plugged the dog photos into the pictures she took of my walls so I would be able to see *exactly* what my choices would look like in each room! She was so patient when I switched things around a few times. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and in Lori's case, it clearly shines through in her work.

I paid $450 for professional photography for my daughter's first birthday, a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that cost over $7,000. I trusted this photographer to capture such a special occasion, but the final gallery was extremely disappointing. Many of the photos were taken from low, unflattering angles, had poor composition, or were unnecessarily repetitive. Several important moments were either missed or not captured well. What was even more disappointing was the response afterward. When I raised my concerns, the photographer claimed that the angles had been "edited to eye level." That explanation made little sense. While editing can adjust exposure, color, and cropping, it generally cannot change the original camera angle or perspective. A photo taken from a low angle cannot realistically be transformed into an eye-level shot through editing alone. The photographer also failed to avoid obvious reflections in people's eyeglasses. Can you imagine paying $450 for professional photos, only to receive images in which bright white glare obscures people's eyes and faces? Instead of acknowledging the problems or offering a reasonable solution, Mary, the owner, refused to take responsibility or provide a refund. This was my daughter's once-in-a-lifetime first birthday, and after spending over $7,000 on the celebration, I expected professional-quality photographs that would preserve those memories. Unfortunately, both the quality of the photographs and the customer service fell far below my expectations.

I really liked how we tried different outfits and she was very patient with me while I changed outfits. I wish there was a bit more "WOW" factor, but I understand this is a hobby/passtime rather than her full-time job like some of the photographers I requested quotes from. When requesting a quote, Aditi was so friendly, so that's why I booked her. I enjoyed our conversation and how personal things felt. Really awesome birthday session. I like how I got high quality photos that night on a gallery-type website to download on my computer. She was on- time, wore her mask, and flowered me with compliments.
