I really liked how we tried different outfits and she was very patient with me while I changed outfits. I wish there was a bit more "WOW" factor, but I understand this is a hobby/passtime rather than her full-time job like some of the photographers I requested quotes from. When requesting a quote, Aditi was so friendly, so that's why I booked her. I enjoyed our conversation and how personal things felt. Really awesome birthday session. I called yesterday after the session and was hung up on multiple times. finally I'm talking to someone and it's 3:50 so the lady said oh we can't take care of this now and I needed to call back tomorrow. I told her no I was already trying to get help for over a hour. she proceeded to put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I called this morning and they said they would check into and gave me a reference # and haven't heard anything and they are closed again so guess I will have to call again tomorrow. Awful awful customer service
