The assistant who took the x-rays and other photos was perfunctory in her duties and didn't respond when I told her what she was doing was uncomfortable. Dr. Cera came in a gave me a quick exam and then I was told I had to go back out to reception to wait for a hygienist. My wait started at 35 minutes past my appointment time. I waited another 15 minutes and told them I had to leave for another appointment. So I went in for a cleaning and never got a cleaning. Worst of the worst.

The office staff and medical assistants are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The billing staff ensured that I knew what the charges would be before the surgeries and I have never been billed any more than what was estimated. They also work with my insurance to ensure that they obtain the maximum insurance coverage. I have had several oral surgeries performed at this practice over a period of a few years and have been very pleased with the results. I also have my teeth cleaned at Dr Parker's office and his hygienists are excellent.
