Whatman Custom Fencing & More came in and did a tear off of all the old and then started with the rebuild. I could not have imagined that my little deck by most standards could be such a huge upgrade to our home. My husband and I set out there most every evening and watch the sunset. I loved the whole process of watching the old go away and the reconstruction done right this time. I now have a safe passage to the driveway and garage and cannot wait to get a grill!!

This company cannot be trusted. Inexperienced workers caused over $600 in damages to our property…read more Gave them to opportunity to fix damages and make it right. Their workmanship was so poor it all had to be redone. This company says they are "fully insured" but refused to provide any insurance info, and ignored all phone calls and emails to pay for damages. Police even tried to get their insurance info but they lied to police and said they would pay for damages which they never did. Seriously doubt they even have insurance. The team at K&S is wonderful! They built out an amazing deck onto the house. The deck included two…read moredifferent staircases. They took the time to sand down all the railings and areas that would be frequently touched or rubbed against. They also pressure washed the entire deck when they finished!! Not only did they build the amazing deck but they also had it finished within a week! We also had ordered a new back door through them and wanted a doggie door added to it which they handled. The installation was quick and precise. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work the team at K&S has done for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. You can see in the photos how much our dog loves the deck as well! We also have them scheduled to install new baseboards in our house since they did amazing with all the other work! Can't wait to see the results of the baseboards as well.

After the other individual did not reach out, I spoke with Kevin again and he handled the situation then and there. While I wish it did not have to take me writing a poor review for the company to be heard, it was taken seriously and I appreciate that.
