Still one of my favorite places to eat. I come here at least once every week and it is consistently delicious! The staff here is so friendly and thoughtful. I never liked salads much before I started eating at Parker's but now I will actually crave their salads, especially with that kale pesto ranch dressing. I've never had anything here that wasn't good. My favorites of their soups are the Hungarian mushroom, the roasted cauliflower, or the spinach and artichoke. My favorite sandwiches are the Havarti Party, the chicken salad, egg salad, or the tuna salad hot pressed on wheat. My husband loves the Godfather and the Reuben. We also love the spinach feta quiche and the sweet gobbler sandwich. They also have a variety of baked goods and latte options. More people need to know about this place! It's a local gem! read more

This is the best sandwich shop in the Columbus area. The Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy the tomato feta soup & 2 sausage cheddar biscuits. They're only open on weekdays, so if you want a snack on weekends you'll have to venture elsewhere. This place has been on my to-eat place for two years since I saw it while walking around Lakebottom Park. For some reason I kept thinking "eh, another sandwich place..." but let me tell you... we finally came here today fully expecting to eat blah cafe food and we were 100% surprised. I had their protein salad and it was perfect! So many places have yucky greens and too many items in the salads which make it either bland or too much. This was perfect. It had Edamame, pepitas, arugula mix, turkey, and the dressing came on the side which I truly appreciated. My husband had the sweet ham and Brie sandwich and it was delicious! We also shared a funfetti cupcake and honestly I'm a big dessert snob so I was expecting to be underwhelmed but wasnt! That cupcake was 100% worth the calories and I'm kinda sad we shared it and didn't get our own. We also shared a sugar-free vanilla latte which was tasty. Also, the ladies at the cashier were so so so welcoming and fun. The energy was truly wonderful. After trying this place I will 100% be a regular for the rest of my time here and I'm so upset with myself for not trying it sooner. Can't wait to come back! read more

The exterior of Parker's Pantry has bay window seating overlooking the park, giving off a homey vibe and meshing well with the rest of the neighborhood. When you enter the restaurant you can tell that there is a lot of potential. Parker herself greeted us with samples of their homemade soup. It was delicious, and in retrospect I should have ordered that for lunch. Everyone had great customer service skills and was genuinely nice. The menu was explained well and we were also shown the hearty salad portions. My friend ended up ordering the sandwich special, which was a buffalo chicken sandwich with blue jack cheese. I ordered off the menu and went with a chicken salad sandwich on croissant bread. The food was good and I would not mind having my dish again. The only draw back was the portion to price ratio. The plates seemed kind of empty with only a sandwich and no sides. Plus, only bottled water. I would definitely go again and order a soup or salad. Even more, I checked their FB and saw that Parker does catering for events and makes delicious desserts. I wish I had known that earlier because I have a real sweet tooth and would have loved to try some of the treats. I can easily see this place being very successful over the coming years. Went here for lunch with wife who has been here before She said it was excellent and I have to agree. Didn't do my homework, so I ordered soup and sandwich. Soup was great. Sandwich, a chicken salad AND pimento cheese on sprouted white, was excellent. Chicken salad like it should be, ditto for cheese. Wife, the veteran, ordered a trilogy of chicken salad, pimento cheese, and curried rice. All were excellent. Well, couldn't eat it all so we enjoyed seconds the next day. Note to self: half sandwich and soup is plenty for lunch. A bit pricey for soup and sandwich place and a bit cramped, but I will go back. read more

A friend of mine gave me an apple cobbler muffin that he bought from here. It was delicious so I wanted to get my own. I checked their hours online and it stated they closed at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 4:45 and they were closed but I could see someone at the counter. Another woman pulled up and they opened the door and let her in then locked it back. I won't come back again.
