We ordered a large cheese and a White Delight (chicken, broccoli, alfredo) from here on Friday night. They were busy but the pizzas were ready on time and were still hot when we got home 20 minutes later. In the lands of Greek style pizza shops, we both thought PH was good. The tomato sauce was not sweet which IMO was a nice change, the dough reminded me of a pan pizza while having a nice crunch at the bottom but soft on the inside. Good amount of toppings. Both pizzas were cooked well and looked NOTHING like some of their photos on Yelp. The White Delight was excellent and that will be our new go-to when we order from here. I am EXTREMELY picky with chicken on pizza, but Parkhill did theirs well and it was even good re-heated the next day. I'm glad we tried them out, the staff seemed really nice as well. read more

I used to eat this pizza weekly. I was previously dating a guy from Fitchburg who I was lucky enough to have introduced me to this place. Now, I no longer have much reason to go back to this part of Massachusetts but still often think of this place because I miss it and often crave it! The lady who runs the cash register is so sweet. She always remembered my name and always seemed so happy to see me. Little did she know that her smile and amazing pizza always made my day 10 times better. The pizza is amazing, the grilled chicken salad is amazing, the subs are amazing, everything about this place screams hard-working, local, family business with lots of integrity and that is exactly the type of restaurant I like to support! I LOVE Parkhill... They have absolutely the BEST Veggie Pizza in the world... I first had at the BFF's house when she orders for Parties or Events & since then I cant wait to go visit her so I can have Park Hill... Their other pizzas are good also, but the Veggie is soo good... It actually has Toppings on it, not like other places... I am even allergic to Eggplant & for some reason this one doesnt affect me... My pizza was ready but you forgot to make my salad. I watch you walk over to tell cook he missed my order....you tell me five min.....I pay, and then wait 44 minutes for a grilled chicken salad! Attitude is at max power here! The vanity pictures from the 70's create a false sense of desire and salivatory excitement. As you can see I got shredded lettuce and micro-diced tomato and onion. I had to scrape it off and ask for some grilled onions ($1.50 up-charge) and extra sauce. I'm originally from New York, so I tend to be "picky" about my slice of pie/pizza. I don't think I'm picky; just not accustomed to eating sweet pizza like half of the pizza spots in Northern Massachusetts.. ParkHill Pizza is a local pizza joint that also offers specialty pizzas, subs and pasta plates. Conveniently in a plaza where u can visit CVS, a laundromat, Chinese restaurant, eye doctor, hardware store, etc. Tonight, without any doubts, ordered a large pizza (half cheese and half hamburger meat/ground beef) and a spinach pie. First time I try the spinach pie. Have heard great things about it and got curious. The pizza tasted great and the spinach pie was delicious!!! Love it!!! Pizza wasn't sweet, had a lot if cheese and it wasn't drowned in heavy oils. Spinach pie was amazing; go figure. Not a big spinach fan, but the pie was spectacular. Food is affordable n they have great staff!!! Recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a non sweet pizza with great food on the side, along with very nice people. read more

Parkhill pizza makes great subs, The staff is friendly and the portions are a good value. The only problem is the pizza. If you get a pizza cooked in their oven its a real tasty greek style pie. When you go in, you still have to wait in a line, and the people in front of you could've called 50 minutes or 5 minutes ago. You can see your food waiting and getting cold. Horrible food and service... Food was horrible, we are new to the area and gave them a shot.. we ordered a lasanga, pizza and fried mushrooms.. the Lasanga was a careless put together food item which lacked cheese... who doesn't put cheese on their lasanga? basically pasta with ground beef and a bland flavor. The pizza had hardly any sauce with a hard cheese on top.. the fried mushrooms were hard fried balls with half missing the mushrooms.. we had a delivery, took an hour.. when we called to complain about the lasanga missing cheese the woman owner yelled at us and told us they don't put cheese on their lasanga because there are people our there who have a dairy allergy and we were "pissing her off".. she told us she wouldn't refund us anything because they were closed.. I'm sorry but if people are spending money in your establishment you shouldn't treat them like their opinion doesn't matter and make it right because you just lost a customer and I don't appreciate spending money on low quality food and owners who don't care about their customers.. so now you pissed me off being rude so I am now here writing this review so nobody else had the same experience.. you shouldn't have the right to own a business and do this to people.. if you're new to the area and want to try this place, don't, the food is not good and the owners are straight rude and lack customer service.. and they don't respect or value customers and their money... read more

Absolutely THE worst customer service. Deliveries are NEVER when they say they are coming, and by that I mean anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes PAST when they say they will be there. I mean, if they can't handle the deliveries why wouldn't they hire more drivers to please their customers? Every city has 100 pizzerias in it, why on earth would you consider one that comes hours after you've ordered and the food shows up cold. Food is actually good, I just wish the owners would identify the problems they have and fix them. So instead I've switched to Cleghorn House of Pizza, and they delivery within 45 minutes every time. If you've ever been to a large city and get deliveries the retailers are literally there within minutes because the competition is so drastic they need to outshine their competition. With Parkhill I feel like they are busy and do nothing to compensate. Instead it's business as usual every day and you get your food when you get your food, tough luck. I order out 2-3 times a week with orders well into the $30 range, a more caring pizzeria or business will be get my business from now on. read more
