Murtaza and Mustafa demonstrated callous disregard to their customers and refused to even…read moreacknowledge any outreach after they abruptly closed their EBC mail service. The bottom line, they failed to fulfill even rudiments client support. Beware; they even disabled the "Review" section of the Express Business Center (EBC) website to avoid poor comments. Without notice they discontinued the EBC mail service just before Christmas. Returning January 2nd to collect my mail I found the door locked and a posting requiring me to schedule an appointment to even access my mailbox. The staff knew nothing of the details of the closure and attempts to speak to Murtaza or Mustafa were relegated to a subordinate, who wouldn't even directly return my e-mail requesting details about the closure. By the way, over the Christmas holiday, they lost four (4) credit card statements, a real estate tax bill and a bank statement. I spent more time contacting financial institutions correcting the brother's tactlessness than they spent considering the impact on their customers. Deal with Murtaza and Mustafa at your own peril.

BAD BUSINESS!!! My…read moresister Jennifer used College Hunks franchise from Allentown to move on July 28, 2025. They guys damaged furniture and broke keys off in the locks on her toolboxes. She confronted them on the day of the move and they acknowledged that they did this in error. My sister opened a claim to have them repair/replace the keys with a locksmith because she is unable to get to her tools. As a recent widow - hence the need to move - she was doing everything by herself. Now she needs to hang shelves and TV's in her new home without her husband and she can't get inside the toolboxes to use his tools. She has called this company every week since her move. The phone number they give is to a call center and not the franchise owner himself. They keep telling her that someone will call or email her from the franchise - but they never do. Today she called and was told by someone named Evita that her claim was denied. She called me crying. She said they denied her claim because the movers said she told them to leave the keys in the locks. Who in the world would tell the movers to leave keys in locks? She gave them the keys so that could lock the drawers of the toolboxes so that they would not fly open when they moved them. I called and spoke to Calvin who said that there is no resolution that he could see in his system, and the claim appears open on their end, but he did see a note that said Jennifer was told the claim was denied - but he didn't know why. He said he would escalate a message to the franchise, and they would respond via email. I asked Calvin for a phone number for the franchise and was told they did not have one - everything was done through messaging. On a side note, on the day of her move, I spoke to my sister several times. They moved a shed and placed it hanging off the edge of the concrete pad it was supposed to be centered on. She said she smelled marijuana and assumed the guys were smoking pot. She also said one of them inappropriately flirted and made remarks to her. Having recently become a widow, I can assure you that she did nothing to encourage that outrageous behavior. They also broke a lamp and hid it behind a stack of boxes that she didn't find until weeks later. It was also a costly move. My sister was charged much more than the quote she received. And now on top of that, she will need to pay for a locksmith herself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will be making several reviews and calling the Better Business Bureau if they do not reach out to my sister by end of the week to make this right.
