(Price Range): $100+ (Services): they offer cleanings, sealants, gum disease treatments, extractions, dental bonding, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, root canals, bridges, crowns, and implants. (Location): located in a very busy area of Parkland, in the same business area as a Baskin Robbins. There's a good amount of parking on site! (Experience): I highly recommend this location-- the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable! I am usually terrified of male providers and I have never liked going to the dentist, but this has to be one of the best experiences that I've had so far. Dr. Norman was careful and got me the treatment deemed necessary, which countered another recent experience with a dentist where I was charged almost $1,000 without actually receiving the treatment I wanted. His assistant Savannah (Carly as well) is such a delight and she almost made me forget that I was at a dental office. Neither made me feel embarrassed about my dental habits, even though I surely could've done a much better job at keeping my dental health in order. I have had a filling and a root canal here with no issues so far. Billing is very transparent with an actual printout of the price breakdown and the pricing seems reasonable to me. I will update again after my crown placement and my cleaning.

I was offered was almost a week out. I was an established patient. From there, actual procedure, another week and a half out. No offer of any type of pain relief, just figure it out. Pain was 12 /10, making me vomit, unable to sleep or eat. They did not care. Weren't willing to get me in sooner. EVERY single visit my son and I have had has had billing issues. They've attempted to bill the wrong insurance, when accurate insurance is on file. They claimed that my son's insurance was maxed out, when in fact, it was the holder of the insurance who was maxed out, NOT my son's. Just complete negligence and incompetence. We will be seeking care elsewhere. Suggest everyone else does the same. Not worth the stress and headache.

But I was so at ease with Dr. Nuttall. He was so kind and professional and is THE best dentist Ive even been to. (Thats really saying something...my dad and brother are dentists too!) I had 2 fillings and a cleaning the first visit and a root canal and a cleaning the second visit. I didn't feel any pain the entire time. I'm serious. During my injection to get numb at my first visit I thought maybe I just got lucky with an easy shot because there was barely any pain. Then the second visit for my root canal, same thing! The dentist never touched me after he put Novocain in my gums. He had his hygienist replace all the fillings. Currently, my bite is off, and I can't even floss between the teeth the hygienist worked on. She was horrible. I then saw my TMJ specialist, who has an MD and has been dentist for 30 years, who told me I did not need these fillings replaced since there was no decay. Apparently, since the dentist never touched me those 3.5 hours, and his hygienist replaced all the fillings, there was zero decay under the fillings. If there was, the dentist would have needed to replaced the decayed teeth himself. Never go to this dentist. In my experience he provided a service that was not needed and charged my insurance a ton of money and took $600 out of my account for non necessary work. I'm sure most patients don't even realize what he is doing. Safe yourself heartache and never go there.

I first dealt with them when they took over the practice of my retired dentist. I had a toothache on a Friday, and they sent me to a different Light office as my regular office was closed. Tooth had been broken at gumline, not obvious damage. they tried to save it but were unsuccessful. They did an expert extraction and eventually expert implant installation. Generally good work but they occasionally leave rough edges, and the mostly women doctors are friendly and professional. A quirk about the chain is that they move offices occasionally- useful to keep facilities up to date, but my current office still has the signs from the previous dental practice on display probably a year later. One wonders if other corners are being cut. I like these Doctors and will continue to visit them. They do well with the insurance companies also.
