Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

Not sure but ColorHaus has unlocked the key to providing all four pillars of what is necessary for a service like this to get 5 stars and they are delivering it on all fronts. I had to print 100 flyers last minute SAME DAY so I turned to Yelp for help and found ColorHaus. I was desperate so I put in an order online and called immediately after I sent it in to see if I could get the flyers asap. They turned them around in 4 hours and called me as soon as they were ready. I showed up and the flyers were gorgeous and perfect and I will be using this printing service forever until I leave Portland. Bike Punk is excellent…read more Working as a digital printing rep for almost a decade, I think the first thing to know about Bike Punk Printing is their equipment is top rate. For their stickers they're using a Roland Digital Solvent Printer with an INTEGRATED digital cutter. They have the machinery to not only print sharp graphics that are photographic quality with excellent color, clarity and tonal contrast--AND they can cut the materials in just about any shape you can think of (really). My experiences with the ink and paper materials they source have MUCH been better than with some other shops. For example the paper they print on is American made, wears like iron and the material keeps its form (in small sticker size) remarkably well if it's re-applied (other papers I have used in the past stretch like silly putty). Impressive. The people at Bike Punk are down to earth and are there to help. Right off the bat, they gave me a competitive price, and really helped get me to where I needed to go. And yes, they play punk rock RECORDS in their office. They have much larger clients, and they DON'T treat me like a number. If there's any problems they have been as helpful as they have been able. The service they provide and the care that they have shown me is equal or better than the high grade printing that they are selling--from a small, local business. After a few exchanges to discuss color/paper/etc I placed my order on 10/14/24 and was told they would ship in 2-3 weeks. I never heard anything back and still had not received them by 11/18/24. I reached out asking for an update and was understanding when told they would be shipped before 11/28/24. I received an email on 11/26/24 with a picture of the finished product and was asked my opinion on it. I responded on the same day and asked for the product to be resized because I didn't like the dimensions. Instead of doing what I asked, the order was shipped anyway and I received them unaltered. I also noticed upon receiving them that the color was not what I asked for and it looked like the ink ran out in multiple places because it would fade to a light blue when it started out as navy blue. I didn't notice the color change in the email she sent before I received it in the mail so I didn't think to say anything about it. I received the order on 12/13/24 and immediately emailed asking about the resizing and color. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE BACK and then sent a follow up email on 1/4/25. I finally got a response back on 1/7/25 and she offered to redo them free of charge on a smaller sheet of paper and with a more consistent ink color. I will admit, my response back was delayed because I had just had a baby and was unable to email back until 2/4/25. I agreed to having them redone and asked a lot of questions about the process in that email on 2/4/25. I GOT NO RESPONSE! I followed up again on 4/15/25. AGAIN, NO RESPONSE!! Followed up on 6/10/25 and finally got a response back on 6/11/25. In her response on 6/11/25 she stated she would get started on my order the following week which was 6/16-6/20. I responded on 6/12/25 and after a couple email exchanges we decided on the final paper color, paper size, ink, everything on 6/26/25. SHE GHOSTED ME AGAIN!!!! Didn't hear back, didn't receive my order, NOTHING!!! I emailed her yet again on 9/23/25 expressing my frustration with the entire process and she offered up my original color preferences at no charge, I assumed and I responded back within minutes that that is what I would like done. I have not heard from her since 9/23/25 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! I'm not one to post bad reviews and I usually extend a lot of grace (which is very evident in my responses) because I know life gets crazy and there are always unforeseen valleys but this is absolutely absurd!! For the amount of money I paid for this order I never would have expected such poor quality and poor service. And for anyone interested, I have ALL the email receipts as proof of this terrible service. I would not recommend Golden Hour Paper.

I got a print on 160 lb card stock, try to get that done at the other places mentioned above, nope! I did a print somewhere else and it was just flimsy. This feels like a real card, quality. Also, the guy today took the time to make adjustments for me, my image was too low resolution (embarrassing, it should have been ready to print, and it was the wrong size too!). This place makes me want to come back. Every time they help me out. Come show them some love, and get something printed. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.
