This is a great business if you are flying into or out of Pearson and want to leave your car. They have three different levels, a Park'N Fly economy, a Park'N Fly regular, and valet level. I've done the economy and the valet, I haven't done the mid level. The valet works, but doesn't always work as seamlessly as you would hope. But the Park'N Fly economy you can wait quite a while for the van to come to pick you up either when you're dropping off your car or when you're picking your car back up. That's why I'm giving this four cars, it's five for the actual availability, but it's three for the actual process, average of four. read more

Waited over 1 hr for a bus at 933 Dixon rd One came by and passed us and just dropped off clients at the next stop Then a second bus came and tried to do the same. I physically had to block her from passing us again after 40 mins She literally reversed her bus and abandoned us Then Shen came back 15 mins later and argued that she was doing us a favour to come back as it was her "break"!!! Then she reversed a SECOND TIME After finally after another 10 mins a different driver finally came and actually stopped This was the absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced!! When I picked up my vehicle, everything seemed fine, but once I arrived home, I noticed damage to the rear driver-side door. What is most frustrating is that no one informed me of the damage. There was no note, no explanation, and no transparency. For a valet service, this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am sharing this review to warn other customers: make sure to carefully inspect your vehicle before leaving, as Park'N Fly does not notify customers when damage occurs. August - September 2024 Used the Economy Self-Park Option at Lot C for about a week. Easy to access, shuttles are frequent. - Remember to note the row and pickup/drop-off lot. - The approximate quote was accurate even though we arrived 5 mins early and due to late flight (delays) by 2 hours, it was still the same day (before midnight, before drop-off) so the price was still the same. - The online app/website was really easy to use, just a bit glitchy, refresh each time and double check the date times as needed. - Try googling for better rates online, but they sometimes remove the Economy option, so keep track of what service and rate you have... "I had a three day jaunt booked, leaving Nov. 1 and returning Nov 3. Most people I know have abandoned Park n Fly because Uber or Lyft are cheaper. For this trip however I booked with Park n Fly because the cost was cheaper than the return fare for Uber or Lyft. The reservation was saved in my app and was around $49. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my car and was charged $83.54. The smug agent with a satisfied smirk on her face informed me that I had stayed an extra day so I got charged and additional 57%. Apparently the cost to park for one day costs over $30. Uber or Lyft would definitely been cheaper. I did not stay an extra day and when I went to pull up the reservation on the app to prove this, guess what? It had been deleted and not by me. The agent did nothing to help and instead just smirked because she knew, no matter what the cost, I would have to pay to get my car. How convenient for Park n Fly that I had no proof of the reservation. My partner and I left our truck at a park and fly in Toronto and upon returned, our tunnel cover had been removed, our window was cracked and our side mirror damaged. I took photos and reached out. After a month of waiting for a response and a follow-up email I was sent a picture of another vehicle stating it must have been the wind. I enquired how wind could damage my mirror and windshield but was told "prove it". The manager I spoke to advised only the gate is monitored and they do not monitor the rest of the lot. They advised they never provide refunds and expect vehicles to be damaged or stolen. They advised they had the same truck stolen just a week ago, no big deal! Would not recommend. read more

PARK'N'FLY VALET EMPLOYEES STEALING I don't typically write reviews however the public needs to be aware of the unsavory practices that is happening at the valet parknfly in Toronto The valet attendants are stealing key fobs and replacing them with old defective ones. With the amount of vechiel theft happening you think they would want to find out who is stealing from their patrons. I used the valet service April 15th -22nd. Our car was brought to us the the key in the ignition. Arriving home I tried removing the key from the ignition and noticed the case felt loose, broken wobbly,coming apart. Upon further inspection the case was broken and different. The decal on my keyfobs is sliver with rhe dealers telephone number. The one they replaced it with is gold not beveled broken and does not have adealer info. They probably thought we would not notice they switched the case. How could we not our fob is new with the sliver decals with our dealers info. I would like my fob replaced immediately I spend over $100 to park in a valet service for piece of my mind not to get robbed by a member of your staff. I am now thinking what else did they steal from my car? I thought valet service would be better a safer option I have included side by side pictures to show you the difference. As you can see the fobs are different. The one they switched has a gold decal mine is silver and beveled with the dealer info. Incident reports just to get you off the lot. No follow up phonecall an email brush off offering refund of parking $1800 damage. The dont take any responsability. We parked at the "valet" for a week on our family vacations to Cuba, To start with the promotional Cupon we used said that we would have either CarWash or oil change, second they charged us extra 30 dollars when I already had done everything on the app and the price included taxes was around 98 dollars. Third, when the shuttle brought us over to the lot to pick up the car, my car wasn't even ready and we had to wait over half an hour. No one was able to give me a ride to or from the airport.. and car services or public transit are not convenient or feasible, so I decide what the heck.. I would just drive myself and Park at the airport. Though parking at GTAA parking seems to be the most convenient.. but price is always a factor.. at least in my case. Park 'n Fly Economy Parking lot really came through, I was able to park my car there for 1 week at $40 with the coupon I printed online. In fact it is cheaper than some of those no name Airport parkings. The shuttle bus shown up promptly, my waits were around 10 minute, which I find really reasonable! Now I wish I can go away more often for mini vacations!! Just drive myself whenever with my packed bag! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! A Park n Fly driver had no passengers in the shuttle and he was driving recklessly at the airport, almost caused me to run into the wall to my right. I got an opportunity to change lanes before my car was wrecked. After I changed lanes, the driver bullied and taunted me and then hit my car. I took a picture of the shuttle driver just in case the driver escaped, as we were traveling on the airport exit lane. After proceeding to Terminal A, the driver took off. I was able to find the company to report him. The two ladies at Park n Fly said they never heard from the driver saying an accident occurred. The two ladies also said it was against company policy not to notify the company immediately after an accident occurred. The ladies positively identified the driver. Almost 1 hour later, and the driver still hadn't called his company to let them know about the accident. It is illegal in Texas for a driver to abandon an accident incident. Park n Fly has also refused to take responsibility for the accident and left me with a wrecked car. I will never do business with this company. read more

This is a very inefficient and poorly run parking service. I typically fly out of Detroit and the off-airport parking lots there pick you up at your car within a minute of parking, have you at the airport within 15 minutes, and come frequently to the arrivals area when you return. This parking service could not have been more different. We were surprised to find that there were no attendants (we used economy, but self-park appeared to be the same). When we pulled in, a shuttle was just leaving so we parked and assumed another would be around in minutes. It took a full 30 MINUTES for another shuttle to come. By that point, many others were waiting and we tried to contact the company for a status and no one answered. Once we were picked up, the driver did a cruise through two other parking lots for pick ups. No one was waiting. I find it shocking in this day and age that there isn't an electronic means to notify shuttle drivers about how many people have entered the parking lot and whether or not there is a need to pick anyone up. We arrived at the airport 55 minutes after parking -- this is unacceptable. When we arrived back after our trip, a Valet shuttle was waiting. Two groups got on and loaded their luggage before discovering the shuttle was only for the Valet lot. Seems like the driver could have been a little more proactive in telling them. The shuttle then drove off empty, leaving approximately 15 economy and self-park people waiting. Luckily, a regular shuttle came around quickly. The driver was rather rude because some people had trouble understanding that they needed to provide the location of the shuttle stop and not their parking row. Checking out was difficult because there was no attendant and the sun glared onto the checkout machine. Luckily after about 5 minutes of attempting to scan both the parking ticket and our coupon, it finally accepted both and we were on the road 30 minutes after exiting the airport. read more

We are extremely disappointed with the Toronto Park'n Fly service. Tuesday our plane arrived back to Toronto on schedule. I called Park and Fly at 8:43 pm and an automated replay told us wait at door A or E in Terminal 1 Several Park n'Fly economy lot shuttles passed by our door E and did not stop. There were several other guests waiting There were many Valet parking shuttles that stopped No one from the Valet shuttles gave us any words of encouragement. Rather, we got the "next time use Valet" look Only when I walked over to door A was I able to finally get on a shuttle. We checked out of the economy lot at 9:44 The bar code reader was unable to read our reservation discount coupon and charged us $94.81 instead of the $57.52 I pressed the intercom button for assistance and was directed to voicemail. One hour to get your car out of airport parking ! Never again ! On the positive side we did meet a lot of Park'n Fly competitors that we will consider next time. Companies like Skywaypark.ca and Park2Sky Someone mentioned options like hotel stay and park And we got to talk to a lot of disgruntled customers on the shuttle that were turned away on reserved spots at Valet because it was full. I emailed Parkn'Fly and they responded "I have filled out and submitted your refund requested, Please allow 15-20 business days to show back on your statement. I departed Friday at 7pm, returned Sunday night at 11pm, got charged for full three days ($75 after arguing and a discount). With this billing practice, it's the same price to park at the terminal (max of $28 per day). Why wait around for a shuttle bus and stand in line to pay, when you can just park at the terminal for the same price? Never again! Upon arriving at self-park there is no attendant to direct you to empty spots. After 10 minutes of driving around looking for a spot an employee drove by and directed us to a place where there might be a couple empties. I couldn't even get my car down some of the rows as the haphazard way people parked left little space to get through. I continued to the back corner where there was to be some spaces but there was nothing but cars and trucks squeezed in and I wondered how they planned to get out when they arrived back. Drove around another 10 minutes and finally found somewhere. Upon returning home, spent 10 minutes (or more) trying to pay by credit card and none of them went through despite using 3 different cards and swiping multiple times. As mentioned this lot is unattended so there was no one to help. My father's card worked and off we went. We typically fly out of Buffalo, NY using the Parking Spot which is clean, attended to and very prompt and helpful. This lot is just that, an overgrown with weeds, piece of asphalt with no striped lines --- park where you want and however you want and pay a premium price for it. We will choose somewhere else next time. read more

This is my go-to spot for airport parking near Toronto-Pearson. There are 3 lots available: the very expensive valet lot, self-park, and economy. Self-park and economy are pretty similar, though I recall self-park being a little more expensive. Economy is further away than self-park for sure. Economy is around $38/week, which is way cheaper than taking a taxi both ways. On the way in, take your printed parking ticket with barcode. You can either place it in your car in a safe place, but don't put it on the dashboard. You'll need it when you leave. I suggest removing anything visible that looks valuable, like a GPS or your garage door opener. The location is fairly sketchy. On the way out, scan your ticket, then your rewards card, then the discount coupon, then your credit card. The economy lot is a pain when it rains. There isn't proper drainage, so rain forms pools of water. The shuttle buses usually come by every 15 minutes, unless it's very busy, in which case the shuttle bus driver should call for backup if they're too full to pick you up. A few tips: 1. Enroll in the rewards program to earn Aeroplan miles. 2. Visit the Park'n Fly website to print a coupon. It will save you a substantial amount of money. 3. When parking, take note of which area your car is in. There are signs by the road that indicate the location (e.g. B95). This is different than the shelter location (e.g. B11). It's important to write down both otherwise you'll end up like me and arrive at the right shelter but walk around until you can find your car in the sea of cars. 4. If you want a guaranteed spot on the shuttle bus, walk to the shelter closest to the entrance. read more

I have used Park'N Fly as my primary airport parking source for a little over two years. If you travel a lot for business it is definitely worth it for the sole reason of collecting the points for when you go on a vacation. Traditionally my experiences here have been uneventful, but today unfortunately different. Normally I log into the Park'N Fly website prior to my trip to ensure my account is updated with my forthcoming travel plans. The day I tried just about a week before my departure the website was down. Fair enough, it happens, and the company was updating its customers on Twitter. Next day, still down. 3rd day, still down. I was starting to get worried. If you book too close to your trip you are ineligible for the discount. I looked on the website for a corporate phone number; nothing. The only phone numbers are for the individual locations. So I called the Toronto Valet number; no answer. Called again; nothing. Now I am starting to get frustrated. Finally two days before my trip, the site was back up and I was able to prepare my documents. I arrive on the Friday morning and have everything ready to use the quick check-in, annnnnd the machines are down. So I am forced to wait 20 minutes in line and am not happy about the situation. When I get to the counter there is a man I haven't seen working at Park'N Fly Valet before. He doesn't say, "Hello", or even greets me with a smile; fine everyone is entitled to their bad days. I attempt to give him my rewards card to expedite the process as all my travel info is in their system. He ignores me, and asks for my plate number. I say, "If you pull up my account, all the details are in your system." He ignores me again, "Plate number?" he asks. "Alright...." I say and give him my plate number. "What airline is your return trip?" he asks. Now, as I am flying for business my return flight itinerary was booked by our Executive Assistant and I haven't paid much attention. Furthermore the details are on my computer, which is off, and packed deep in my bag. "Umm." I stutter. "I've never been asked that here before, do you need it." "Yes. "What airline is your return trip?" he asked. I'm a bit taken back, as this gentlemen clearly was utterly uninterested with providing any bedside manor today. I start fumbling through my phone looking for into. "I'm sorry, I am not sure." I said. He simply looks at me, and does nothing. Waiting for me to do something. I keep looking in my phone. Again, cannot find anything. "Do you not know your return flight?" He asks. "I'm sorry, I can't find it. Why do I need it?" "We need it" he responds. I realize I am not getting anywhere with this clerk, and the long line behind me is starting to mutter about the situation. I cut my losses and pull the manager card "Can I speak to your manager?" I ask. He looks at me without any emotion and then motions to his boss. Instantly the experience changes. Happy smile, "Hi, how are you today! How can I help!" Within seconds the entire situation was cleared and I had my information. Turns out you don't need the return airline to check-in (duuhhhh). The manager had the clerk print out my ticket, and I swear he threw it on the counter. No "goodbye" or "thank you" just a loud "NEXT" a It left a sour taste in my mouth. This is about Park 'n Fly self park - "atrocious service" sums it up. I would have given zero stars if it was possible. Be prepared to wait for not less than 30 minutes. They operate a minimum of vans and fill them to the brim in every ride so that even elderly people & women have no seat during the shuttle. Two weeks back, I pressed the service button while waiting in the cold and said, " I have been waiting for 45 minutes. Is the shuttle due?" The customer service agent replied, "You have not been waiting for 45 minutes sir." I agree it was 40 minutes, not 45. But is this what is expected? How did these guys get license to operate this atrocious service? If you have been to "Parking Spot" in US - the pick up is near instantaneous, even in their self parks. And their vans usually ferry 3 or 4 passengers at a time, not 20. And best of all, the parking fee is MUCH LOWER. Who is responsible for licensing this atrocious service from these guys? The Etobicoke region municipality? Have they reviewed and compared these guys service with those in US? read more

Called and informed park n fly to look into it!! 4 hours later they called us saying there was a hole.drilled in the driver's side window. We booked with Park N Fly Valet for the first time. (We had used their self park in the past) The drop off of our vehicle & shuttle to the airport was great, no complaints. Arriving was a different story. You are told to call once you land (you call the # & enter a pin). We did so. We then proceeded to the pick up location (terminal 1) noted on the receipt (as directed on the instructions) We then waited, & waited...1 hour passed & NO shuttle came by. We were a family of 4 standing in the cold at 2 am waiting for an hour+. There were also 3 other people waiting to be picked up as well. After just over an hour wait, the other people gave up & hailed a cab...we ended up doing the same about 15 mins after them as we could no longer wait (& we still had 90 min drive home to make!) We had to pay $35 for a cab to take us literally across the street. The worst part of it all, the gentleman at the pick up location offered ZERO care in the world. I explained how we waited for over an hour, that no shuttles came by & that we just had to pay a cab to get there & his response was "oh, that's interesting" "you are our first complaint, no one else has complained" I'm sorry, I didn't realize that more people had to make the same complaint in order to get a more compassionate response. (my only assumption is that the other people that were waiting with us did not use valet & used the self park, as they were not at the valet location when we got there). There were 2 shuttles that showed up directly behind our cab & the lady behind me heard my complaint & said that they were at terminal 3 & also had to wait a long time. Also, I assumed Valet means, you car is ready & waiting, meaning warmed up?? I should know better not to assume things. Yes it was there, but it had definitely been there awhile as there was frost on the windshield & we had to sit in a cold vehicle for another 15 mins while it heated up & defrosted. We will NEVER be booking Park N Fly Valet again! For the extra cost it is NOT worth it. We just had a horrendous experience with Park N' Fly valet and will NEVER go back to them again. Here are just some of the things that went wrong. - Guaranteed 8 minute pickup - absolutely not! We waited outside of airport 35 minutes for pick-up - Female driver did not even get up from her seat to help with suitcases, some passenger assisted each person with luggage. When we got to the park 'n fly the driver immediately got out - did not attempt to help a single person get luggage or get off bus - but had her hand out for a tip. No assistance to even the elderly. Shame on you. - The people inside the Park 'N Fly building did not offer any guidance or assistance what to do next. - We saw our car sitting out there, but didn't know if we were supposed to just go out as there was no guidance whatsoever. Finally we did and just drove away, without anyone checking, as the keys were inside. We could have easily picked any car in the lot, no one would have cared - Went to the washroom when we first arrived and have never been so disgusted as to the state of those washrooms, it was utterly disgusting. As it hadn't been maintained or cleaned in quite a while. - The website says "National Post Lounge" and free "National Post" while you wait - No newspapers were anywhere. - I felt like the people at park 'n fly had left, and someone else had taken over the business just to grab the money - they offered no service whatsoever. I have had the worst experience at the Park N Fly Toronto. When I checked in an employee showed me where to part. At the counter I met another employee who gave a receipt of my estimate charges. Neither employee told me that they needed my car keys. upon arrival. They told me they were looking for me.... Really!!!! they had my cellphone number no one bothered to call me. They charged me 90 dollars as they towed my car. when I asked whey I wasn't contacted the lady at the counter brought a manager "Danny" . with a mouth full of food he basically called me a liar. told me that I had to pay for the tow and said go ahead and complain. Obviously he knew that the complaint goes nowhere. when I complained I got the same response. when i asked to speak to a customer service manager I was given a "coworker" email.. this is a sham. I have to thank the driver for clearing off the bit of snow on the driver side hood before he brought my bmw back to me this Monday night. Yes it had snowed and a bit of freezing rain while we were away. When my car was brought up I thought I was weird that only half of the hood was cleared. I was tired, it was after 12am I never thought to take pictures of this before I left. I never noticed ALL the SCRATCHES he put on my new car with his snow brush!!! until the next morning. If I could sue park n fly and the guy who scratched my car for damages to repaint my hood I would. Again no pics to prove it, just the day after pics. Stay away!!! read more
