They pack the "take home" food very well which I appreciate since I am physically unable to go to the restaurant at this time. They did a good job with all of them. The London Fog was steeped nicely and had very good flavor. First, they only serve beverages in paper to-go cups, without the option of an actual china mug. I much prefer wrapping my hands around a warm mug while relaxing in a café. We received a sincere, friendly greeting and helpful guidance with our menu selections. One staff member even came out from behind the counter to help me carry everything to the table. The staff seemed to know many of the regular customers and were able to have friendly conversations with them. You got the sense that there was genuine appreciation and connection between the staff and customers. Atmosphere: It's a large newer space with high ceilings and plenty of windows. There are lots of tables that work well for groups of two to four people. Several other small groups were there during our visit, but the noise level remained comfortable and it was easy to have a quiet conversation.
